Simple accomodation in a beautiful but quiet part of buzios. Easy to walk to the main town and really close to the beach. It was the peace we were hoping for when we booked. Staff were really friendly too. P

I think it would have been great to have mosquito nets on the windows as we couldn't sleep with the windows open at night but this is minor. As we slept with the windows shut and Aircon on.

Not too far from bus terminal, near the beach and central promenade, nice shops and restaurants. If they improved management, this place might have been very nice.

Staff. Not informative enough, not friendly enough. The young guy who checked us in was nice but spoke no English. The elder guy who was at reception during the rest of the stay spoke English, but was very unwelcoming. Poor breakfast (no eggs served), average dark rooms, and they gave us not what we booked (booked a standard double room, they gave us a room with double bed and bunk bed). First day nobody cleaned the room, because for them to clean, you need to leave the key on reception which nobody ever told us, neither was it written anywhere. They don’t provide you towels for the pool, the pool is dirty with a lot of stuff floating on the water and it smells strongly with chlorine. They do have transfer to the remote beaches which is nice, but it’s operating not on schedule, ours was late 30 min and nobody bothered to announce it or apologize, we just had to sit there and wait wasting precious time.

Great location! Strong water pressure and hot water! Great showers. Quiet. Staff was helpful, they let us borrow a cooler to take to the beach. The air conditioner was great. Pool was nice. We loved the free shuttle to The different beaches.

Two days in a row there were no eggs for breakfast.
