We had a great stay for our first time in Kansas City. There was plenty of room for all of us and we felt comfortable the entire trip. Everything was clean and well-maintained and we really enjoyed the large open dining room and living room where we could all play games and watch TV. The house seemed very close and or centrally located to all the things we did during the week. We definitely would recommend this house to someone else!

We had a great stay in this very quiet, safe neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean and everything was easy. We stayed for a whole week and enjoyed it. A super easy and quick drive to downtown KC. Excellent and prompt communication with the property owner. We had three parking spots right in front of the house. Great value for KC, would stay again. Loved reading the story about the homeowner in the book. 5 stars for the red door vrbo!

This is a very clean place. very child friendly with a park nearby within walking distance. Close to a major highways and easy to get to downtown Kansas City. Good beds lots of bathrooms

This property was centrally located for the activities we had planned. 15 minutes to Union Station. 10 minutes to Splash Cove water park. Just around the corner (5 minute walk) to Crestview local park. 1 mile drive to Antioch Park which is large, wooded, multiple lakes, numerous paths, game courts and playgrounds. Close to restaurants and shopping. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and TVs. The host provided all the information in a timely manner. No issues checking in or out.

The property was in a nice location with great parking for up to 3 vehicles, close to the front door. Beds were super comfy, I would bring your own pillow. This is a nice size property, we had 8 adults and 2 teens; there was plenty of room to spread out or come together. It was so nice after a long day to return to a home and not a small hotel room. We made breakfast there, there fridge was good sized and clean and we found all the pans we needed to make it happen. We played some games, there was plenty of seating, and used the televisions, which were all ready to sign in to your favorite streaming. The WI-FI was great. The bathrooms are a little small but the double sinks in two of them helped out a lot. Host was amazing with communication and accommodations, Thanks Vanessa. I would definitely have no problem staying there again, and would recommend it to others.

Very nice house met all expectations from the listing. Not really a good match for people with mobility issues but that should be clear from the listing. a bit away from downtown and north KC if that is where you plan on spending time but the price makes it an even trade-off.

This house was absolutely perfect for myself and immediate family. The three levels gave us ample space to sprawl out and still have a safe middle ground to hang out, eat and watch the kids play. We especially loved the fenced in yard and concrete outside for endless chalk play! The home was incredibly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and felt light and airy throughout. The owner has labeled every drawer and cabinet in the kitchen - which was very helpful when cooking meals for demanding toddlers. The air conditioner was also exceptional - and much appreciated during the hot days. The surrounding residential area and streets were a little crowded with cars, but did not actually hinder us in any way. Overall, this home is worth all money spent and we hope to be back! We spent a week here during the NCAA tournament. The place was perfect. The kitchen was great for us to cook, and we loved the size of the kitchen table for board games when we weren't at basketball games. And the location was fabulous. We loved the Overland Park area and the feel of the downtown area.
Our host was super responsive to questions and everythign was as we hoped. We will be back next year! Thanks so much for a great visit!

5 stars. Great communication and prompt replies. 5 completely separate bedrooms accommodating individual preferences with excellent mattresses. Even had those little extras you appreciate like small pillows and blankets for curling up to watch a movie, some seasonings and even a large crockpot in the kitchen to name a few. Would stay here again.

We are sisters and usually want our own room. The house had the perfect number, and the beds were very comfortable. The house had everything we needed, except we never found a toaster. We would definitely stay here again.

Location worked well for us. The kitchen was extremely well supplied for cooking/eating as a group which worked well for our family. Big fridge which allowed us to have plenty of provisions for our group.
Two problems we had were small ants in the kitchen and mildew in the showers.

This was a perfect size home for my family. All adults got their own room! We came from different states for a family reunion, it was nice to be all together in one home!
There was a terrible storm that wiped out electricity for 8-10hours, we were thankful when it came back on! My only suggestion would be to provide battery operated candles or flashlights for emergencies.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed the space provided by this condo. We all had enough room to hang out together or to get some time alone. There were many board games provided which our teens loved. We had a small problem at check in, but the host was extremely responsive. Only concern was the outside deck was filthy and we had to clean that in order to enjoy the outdoor seating.

Overall great experience. Convenient location to restaurants, groceries, shopping and to the highway. We were in town for a weekend event downtown at convention center and this home was less than 15 mins from the event. Vanessa communicated daily and the place was well maintained and clean. We had multiple generations of family staying together and the accommodations was exactly what we needed.

Our group of 7 were in town for a girls weekend - enjoyed our stay here. It is close to everything we wanted to do that weekend. Easy to locate in a quiet neighborhood. The home is clean - loved the many bedrooms and bathrooms and the large kitchen table was great for our meals and playing cards. We recommend this place and would stay here again.

We met up in KC with friends and family to celebrate a milestone birthday for my husband and his brother. The townhouse was roomy enough for our group of 10 adults. The neighborhood seemed to be nice and in a good location. It was just a short trip to the downtown area and other KC attractions. We had loved staying here and will definitely book it again the next time we come to the area.

We were in the KC area for a girls trip, 7 of us in total. Vanessa's place was great plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was nice having 3 1/2 bathrooms made getting ready much easier. Beds were comfortable slept great. The home had all the basic kitchen essentials you would need. The location was perfect 10-20 minutes from anything we wanted to get to. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.

Owner was very good at responding with answers to our questions after another VRBO fell through. Nice place to stay. Reasonably priced for the number of guests the house holds. You can easily access major highways for those who are not from KC. Also a playground within walking distance was a plus.

This was my family's second time renting this home. The 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths provide ample space and options for our family . Vanessa has thought of everything guests would need. We conveniently had access to safety gates and other baby equiptment. We love that so many bedrooms have king beds and each nightstand has a powerstrip outlet tower. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are spacious enough for everyone to gather comfortably. The location was very convenient. The neighborhood felt safe. My husband jogged around the neighborhood several days, and we walked with the kids to Crestview park. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

The house worked great for us to meet, plenty of space for eating, relaxing and sleeping. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything to prepare meals, even a good collection of seasonings. Vanessa was very helpful and entry and departure was quick and easy.
