We had a very nice room with a large comfortable bed and big bathroom. We also enjoyed a lovely diner at the hotel restaurant.

Furthermore, I must add that this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and has ruined what was initially a pleasant stay. The aggressive behavior of your staff not only impacted my plans for the day but also my overall mood. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated by the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of my expectations.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the recent experience I had at your hotel. Despite being informed of two options for my last night's booking upon check-in, I was asked to move to a different rooms or pay more to stay in the same rooms. The following day (while I was out), I was contacted aggressively at 1:15 pm and asked to move to another rooms immediately, despite not being informed of this earlier. The lack of communication and unprofessional behavior exhibited by your staff is unacceptable.

Room overlooking the river great terrace to have a morning coffee and watch the world go by.
Well laid out building with underground car parking. Excellent breakfast and restaurant.

On check in I had to wait a short while as reception support was at its sister hotel and after 8 hours of driving a little inconvenience.

The breakfast was exceptional. It exceeded our expectations. The variety of food and the level of attention to the small details by the staff were impressive. Thank you for a great breakfast to start off our day!
The room was comfortable and the washrooms were big. A big plus was the presence of an EV charger at their basement carpark.

Location was excellent & nicely located on the water & few steps away from the center. The breakfast was nicely organized & several delicious & healthy alternatives were found. The hotels staff gets 11 from 10 points, everybody was interestedin the best possible service. In average rooms these details would be neglectable but not in a deluxe suite.
To be honest, for the best room in the hotel ( junior deluxe suite ) the cleanliness was not at it's best. The surfaces were partly dusty, the bath room not properly wiped after cleaning & the minibar was not a junior deluxe standard keeping the price in mind.

DUX hotel´s room had very modern, interesting,exciting interior features with beautiful furniture pieces and wall decorations.
Quality of coffee in Brasserie is rather poor and does not go well along a bright upper style of hotel.

parking place is very hard to find. The signs are not obvious and it is easy to go the wrong way. The garage was full the night I stayed, I had to pay for the parking outside.

Staff was in general kind. However, they could not give us any dinner at 21.30, not even a sandwich. Impossible at the restaurant which still had some clients and no room service options.
