Excellent property and host. Comfortable beds, kitchen facility, bathroom, balcony with wonderful views and restaurant. Right on the beach, walking distance from everything and the host even provides a bicycle if you want to explore further.

Very nice, spacious and cozy place to stay. And that view from the balcony... OMG. Kitchen was good also, basic stuff was there.

Fantastic view through private balcony, huge rooms

What an awesome stay at this family-run resort. The food is delicious, cooked by the amazing father. Our room had a beautiful large deck, comfy king bed and kitchen. Blackout shutters helped us get a good night's sleep. There was a Greek wedding held the last night we stayed but it didn't keep us up. The family worked together and hustled to keep everyone happy. Although Nikos is very handsome, Stelios did all the work. Lovely family!

I can't think of a single thing I didn't like.

The room definitely needs a lot of remodeling. Do not expect a luxury suite. Good enough if you need a place to stop and visit the region. But overprice. (200euros for 1 night in high season)

Spacious and clean room with a big terrace and amazing sea view. Quiet room. Bonus the sun beds on the terrace! Close to local amenities and restaurants.

Breakfast could have been better with more options and local products. Unfortunately the beach next to the hotel is not nice but there are plenty of amazing options within a short drive.

For the huge room and balcony, very small bathroom. Your booking.com advertising for them - for an exceptional apartment, your photos are rather like for a poor hotel.

If no construction work right in front of the house, the location would be a positive point. Since there is a large construction work that will last several months, the location value is to be reconsidered. Parking is easy and nearby there is a very nice café-restaurant.

We didn't like that in the description of the place, there is no mention of construction work right next to the rooms. After gathering more information, we learned that it started in January and will continue for several months. This appears as a deceitful description, hiding a massive downside of the place. At the same time, the no cancellation policy, paying fully in advance and not getting any refund after arguing about this hidden problem, shows how difficult the situation must be for the host. Still, we felt forced to stay there after paying in advance almost 200 euros based on a wrong description of the place. The room was somehow rundown, definitely not a luxury suite but a large rundown double-room. After explaining the situation, the customer service of booking did not support us with a (partial) refunding. Hopefully after the construction work, they will be able to renovate a bit and have again happy customers!
