Ubicado a solo 150 metros de la playa, se llega a nuestro apartamento en la planta baja al pasar por jardines tropicales y senderos bellamente cuidados donde inmediatamente notará lo tranquila que es la zona. Hay una gran piscina y zona para tomar el sol con tumbonas, todo dentro de los terrenos. Al llegar al apartamento hay un patio con mesa y sillas para su uso personal. Hay un amplio salón con un sillón de 3 plazas y separado, TV de pantalla plana de 32 'con televisión vía satélite con reproductor de DVD / CD, mesa de comedor, sillas, mesa de centro y ventilador de techo. Una barra de desayuno conduce a la zona de cocina bien equipada, donde encontrará un horno completo, placa de 2 fuegos, microondas, frigorífico / congelador, hervidor, tostadora, plancha y todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios para unas vacaciones con cocina. El dormitorio tiene camas individuales de tamaño escandinavo con armarios de espejo de cuerpo entero, un ventilador de techo y caja fuerte. El baño tiene una lujosa ducha a ras de suelo, WC. lavar el lavabo y el bidé. Hay wifi en el apartamento.

Last minute 10 day break. Easy to find and instructions great. One bed. Kitchen had all we needed to cook with 2 ring induction hob and what appeared to be brand new oven. The resort is very quiet which suited us. 150metres to Beach and some great restaurants if you want to eat out. Washing machine was a great extra. Paul on site very helpful with any problems. Would definitely book again.

Not what it showed in pictures Different sofa. No zero gravity chairs as shown. Old blankets no duvets. No electricity on the 2 sockets for heaters. Asked about getting them fixed but nothing done. We have stayed in seven other bungalows MUCH BETTER.

Excellent bungalow on lovely quiet complex, large smart TV with full UK package and sports package, spacious and well equiped throughout. Excellent communications with the owners when arranging extended stay. Caroline very helpful with local knowledge. Pool quiet, no sun bed wars here and well kept complex. Definitely stay again

Our third time at this apartment. We are always extremely comfortable here. Unfortunately we didn't have great weather but it makes a difference being cosy indoors. Beautiful complex, so well attended to by the gardener. Never busy so very peaceful. The apartment was sparkling clean when we arrived. Will definitely be staying again

Perfectly adequate apartment, close to amenities, situated on attractive site with lovely pool area.
Downside - apartment was quite dark, table leg needed fixing as we couldn't risk using it. I was expecting deckchairs as shown in picture, not sun beds. Many sunbeds by pool were broken.

Having stayed in this property before we instantly felt at home. Very quiet complex just what we wanted.The location is great with lovely walks and really close to the beach.
Everything you need for a self catering holiday but loads of restaurants and takeaways nearby. We will definitely be back. Thanks Alison & Sam

Excellent stay, couldn't fault the property only slight problem was with the tv system but this was more a fault with the outside supply rather than anything in the property . It was sorted out within a couple of days

This is our second stay at this property and we have already booked again for next year. The property is very comfortable - more like a little home than a holiday apartment. The complex is very peaceful and it feels safe and secure there. It is always quiet around the pool. There is a wonderful couple based in Lanzarote who look after the property on behalf of the owners. We had a couple of problems and they were so helpful and efficient in getting the issues dealt with promptly.
Additional patio furniture would be beneficial (on our previous visit there were some comfortable recliner chairs in addition to the table and chairs) - but this is a very minor point and there are always plenty of available sunbeds at the pool.
We thoroughly enjoy staying here and will hopefully be back again and again!!

We really enjoyed our holiday staying in Sam & Alison apartment over Christmas. We couldn’t fault it , it was exactly what we was looking for peace and quite and that’s what we got .The apartment is very well equipped so you have nothing to worry about and Sam & Alison are so lovely and helpful to deal with and we will definitely would recommend this apartment to family & friends and hopefully me and my husband will be definitely booking again. This property is a little Gem.
We really enjoyed our holiday staying in Sam & Alison apartment over Christmas. We couldn’t fault it , it was exactly what we was looking for peace and quite and that’s what we got .The apartment is very well equipped so you have nothing to worry about and Sam & Alison are so lovely and helpful to deal with and we will definitely would recommend this apartment to family & friends and hopefully me and my husband will be definitely booking again. We have just returned from our stay on this beautifully kept and very quiet complex. The bungalow is very clean and well equipped with everything you need whilst on holiday. Excellent property with all the amenities we needed.
When we arrived at the apartment we were delighted to see how clean it was and all the amenities including a washing machine which came in really handy. We know Lanzarote really well and enjoyed walking to Arrecife and Puerto Calero as we have done in previous years. Lots of choice for eating out so something for everyone's taste. Alison and Sam gave us excellent information about the property which made everything really simple when we arrived so that our holiday got off to a good start! Would highly recommend this property and we would have no hesitation in returning!!

just what we needed
clean and well equipped, in a small quiet complex with swimming pool. 2 comfortable large single beds which are easy to push together. 5-10 mins to beach and to bars and restaurants but also easy to get in and out of town if you hire a car. Would stay again.

Fantastic! Clean, comfortable & peaceful
Just returned from a weeks' stay with a friend at number 37 Playa Park Bungalows and frankly we didn't want to leave!! The property is set in peaceful surroundings at the back of Playa Park with very well maintained gardens and pool area. The neighbours were friendly and we always got a good morning/evening greeting :-) The bungalow itself is very well maintained. Spacious with a comfortable living room area and the kitchen has every utensil you can think of! The beds are very comfortable also and the bathroom is clean with a very nice walk in shower, washing machine and modern sink. Would DEFINITELY recommend this property to anyone who would like a peaceful area to relax/sleep in whilst also being so near to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was also in an ideal location for walking either down to the airport runway or in the opposite direction to the main harbour. Can't wait to book our next trip! Thank you Sam & Alison :-)

Stayed at no 37 Playa Park bungalows for the whole of February 2017 excellent apartment and very quiet complex (no fighting for sunbeds) good location, sadly no wifi but wifi available across at Los Adelfos where we were made very welcome. The only problem unable to stay next year as it is already booked up got to be quick

Comfortable & clean apartment.
We have just returned from 2 weeks staying at Alison & Sam's apartment, on arrival found the complex very well maintained and the residents very friendly. The instructions received for gaining acess to the complex & apartment very precise, no problems. We found the apartment comfortable and clean, the twin beds we found extremely comfortable, very refreshing to have English channels on television, able to keep up with UK news.After first week cleaners came in and fitted clean bed sheets and towels, very friendly couple. We found the location of complex excellent, very quite but close to the busy areas if that's what you want. Local restaurants we found very good, was assisted in finding them with the help of the residents. Would recommend this apartment and would certainly reconsider staying there again if staying in Lanzarote. Many thanks Alison/Sam for the use of your apartment.

Lovely relaxed stay, quiet and restful
Absolutely fabulous spot, quiet and calm. No noise, quiet pool area, perfect for a rest. Bungalow is well equipped with all basic needs, 5 English channels on TV, washing machine, kitchen with all you need. It could be improved with wifi (some of the other bungalows do have wifi) and some nicer outdoor seating. Overall great value for money and great communication by the owners from start to finish. Would have been nice to know the cleaners were coming in one day during our stay as we had personal belongings out but that was apparently a misunderstanding. Hopefully that wouldn't happen again as our privacy felt a little invaded. Short stroll to seafront and bus stops, taxis, restaurants, bars etc. A really cracking complex and the bungalow represents good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Definitely will go back!!
First holiday in Lanzarote and I will definitely be back. The bungalow is perfect and in such nice quiet relaxed surroundings. It's like a home from home and probably had more utensils than I actually do! The beds are amazing!! I normally don't settle for a few nights but first night in that bed and I was out for the count. The walk in shower is the best I have had on a holiday. The owners Alison and Sam were fantastic and so helpful with everything. They put me at ease as I had never booked through a site like this before. Their instructions for when we arrived were so easy to follow and made for a relaxed start to the holiday. Can't thank them enough. There is lots of places around to eat and shop. If you come out the grounds and go down the road on your left there is a supermarket which stocks most things. There is also a fantastic restaurant where we ate most nights. The staff are so friendly and the honey rum you get at the end of your meal is lovely! For the main strip you would go past both of these and keep walking along the front which takes about 10/15 mins. There are loads of places to eat, drink and shop there and is a really nice walk along. Definitely book here if you want a relaxed, hassle free holiday.

A lovely bungalow with everything you will need whilst on holiday, clean, quiet cared for complex
This is my first time booking direct with an owner. Certainly wont me my last.
This property is exactly as described so no nasty surprises. A lovely relaxing and safe environment to unwind in. The bungalow was great, with the all important clean, comfortable beds. The owner kept in touch leading up to the holiday and answered any questions you have promptly and even helped with an additional request for our stay. Those who live on this small complex obviously take a pride in their surroundings and expect you to do the same, which adds to its charm. Dont bother coming here if you want a noisy holiday this is for those who want to relax. There are plenty of places to eat and shop close by or a longers stroll with no hills to the main strip say 20 minutes away. The pool area is delightful with plenty of good standard sun loungers. No problem getting keys or taxis to and from airport.
Thank you for the loan of your bungalow and will definitely return.
