Este hermoso y moderno apartamento de 1 habitación está terminado con un alto estándar con todo lo que necesita. Está situado en jardines tropicales bien cuidados y a 2 minutos a pie de la playa. Un paseo de 10 minutos lo llevará a los numerosos restaurantes, tiendas y formas de vida nocturna que podría pedir. El supermercado local está a 2 minutos a pie. El apartamento ha sido recientemente reformado por completo y ofrece una cocina totalmente equipada totalmente nueva que incluye horno, vitrocerámica, nevera y congelador.
El complejo está situado cerca del hotel San Antonio en un complejo tranquilo. En el complejo hay dos piscinas y con una gran cantidad de hamacas y sombrillas, esto lo convierte en el lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones relajantes. Con el aeropuerto a solo 10 minutos en coche y todas las principales atracciones turísticas de Lanzarote a poca distancia, este es realmente el alojamiento perfecto para unas excelentes vacaciones. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesita, incluido un cuarto de baño con ducha de mármol, secador de pelo y lavadora. La cocina está totalmente equipada con horno, vitrocerámica, nevera. Apartment suited our need although it did seem a little “ tired”.Bedroom light not working and extension cable for bedside light not long enough to stretch to window side of the bedroom.These things were not reported because of a previous occupant who had an oven problem which was reported but no action was taken

Apartment was nice and clean. Modern and lots of utensils in the kitchen. ( Most I've seen in 18 years of coming to Lanzarote? )

Clean and modern property with a well equipped self catering kitchen, good WiFi and English television. Nice sun and shade balcony. Lovely shared pool.

Lovely quiet complex which i have stayed in a few times but first in apt 14 which i found rather cluttered and could do with a littleTLC, otherwise great stay in Playa Park

Great apartment in a lovely and convenient location.
There is everything in the apartment that you could possibly need for your holiday. The complex is very friendly and well looked after. The Pool Is very deep but lovely for a cooling swim, there are always plenty of sunbeds whatever time of day you choose to sit outside.

The property was spotless clean bed was really comfortable the apartments had everything we needed and the fly screen on door and window was brilliant giving us a through draft with no flies getting in. Would love to stay in number 14 again

My daughter and I stayed in Claire’s apartment for 10 days. It was a home from home. It was spotless and had everything in it that you would have needed. Great pool area and everyone was very friendly. It was also very close to the beach and shops. Would definitely stay in it again.

Great location to explore all areas of the resort.
The complex has a lovely pool and plenty of sun beds to use.
Apartment was perfect and well equipped with everything you will ever need.

Gorgeous apartment everything you need is there and more. There was also a supply of wax melts with tea lights which is a lovely extra. Stayed in apartment 16 last year and this one is so much better. Complex is lovely and quiet maybe too quiet for some but for me it was perfect. Clare answered any questions within 5 minutes of contact. All in all a great 10 days spent here. If only the weather could have been better.

We have just returned from staying at Clare’s apartment for 3 weeks. Have been previously, a few years ago and loved the improvements. It’s very well equipped and my husband and I love the complex and the location near Pocillos beach.

I am generally reluctant to leave a review when I find a quality apartment - cause everyone will book it and then it won’t be available next time.
I’m making an exception this time around because a good review is thoroughly deserved.
I’ve stayed in many privately owned apartments but when it comes to the cliche “well equipped “, this tops the lot.
Very peaceful and relaxing complex in a good location.

Apartment 14 is in the centre of the complex. It has lovely views towards the sea and is sunny all day. There was everything in the apartment that we needed. We book it each January for that essential winter break.

Me and my partner stayed at Clare's apartment for 10 days had an excellent time,great complex very quiet and clean,easy access to all amenittes and beach.even the onsite small gym was great,we had a small issue with the internet which Clare sorted within a day.the apartment was clean and fully equipped really can not fault this apartment it is a gem,and the friendly people who live on the complex. Thank you Clare.

This is a fantastic place to stay, great value for money, and ideally located.
The apartment had everything we wanted, and if your self catering, there is everything you need to do this.
Also, such a comfy bed.
Clare is a great at getting back to you in the event of any queries you may have.
Thoroughly recommended.

The apartment is lovely with a modern kitchen, everything you need is there for you. The pool area is fantastic. Nice and peaceful too. Great location, 5 mins walk to nearest beach and supermarket and 10 minutes walk to the start of the strip. In all a cracking place to stay.

The complex is very well maintained. The pool is always cleaned The gardens are immaculate.
The apartment has everything needed for eating in if you require it. The TV and WiFi were excellent. WiFi didn't drop out only thing you lose it if you are at the pool. The bed was really comfy and it is a king-size. We stayed here last year and it was just as good this time. We met the cleaning lady and she was so helpful. As we had arrived early she took our bags in for us and we went back when she had finished. The apartment is very quiet at night. Beach is just over the road and the main strip a 5 to 10 minute walk.

It's ok if you want to stay in a quiet place near Puerto del Carmen, you can park nearby and the beach is close. You can also use the swimming pool during the day. The property has got everything you need for a short break but I would improve the cleaning in the bedroom and the bathroom.

The good and bad
All great , new kitchen has everything you can want , although we didn’t eat in as only there for 2 weeks . Only one thing is the bed mattress cover should have been changed or a new one put on . Think it’s very important to have a very clean bed . Other than that all you need for a comfortable stay .

Lovely apartment in a quiet relaxing complex. Been many times to this apartment and complex, best of both worlds, quiet area but a short walk to the busy centre. Easy booking and owner cannot be more helpful.
