It''s a calm and relaxed place with excellent views towards mountains and sea. An ideal place to wind down a bit. The guesthouse offers an outside kitchen and terrace, available for guests, with perfect views of the sunset.

The last 50 meters are relatively steep uphill.

To put it in one word, I don't think you can find such a good guesthouse in Batumi. everything was good. The room has a private bathroom and a private terrace. It was a huge advantage for us who are staying for a long time. It is not crowded as there are only 3 guest rooms. Great for those who like quiet things. Even the kitchen shared by guests is comfortable. We ate every day with a beautiful view of Batumi, which was the best for us. It was also a pleasure to be with the lovely cat family living in the guesthouse. Nino and Kate, who were friendly and caring while respecting our privacy, were really good hosts for us. If I ever come back to Batumi, I definitely want to come back. If you come here, you won't regret it!!

The location was wonderful! We had breakfadt every day with an amazing view on the sea. The owners were just amazing! Very friendly and caring! The room itself was clean and comfortable!

Had the most mazing hosts, very sweet and kind. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The yard was so beautiful with lots of plants and flowers, we spend the most time there. The kitchen had all the equipment for our comfortable stay.

The owners were very nice and welcoming. Their homemade wines were very tasty. The place is comfortable, with terrace and beautiful view.

Attentive staff! Good location! fresh air! Nice and clean bathroom. Separate dining room and nice breakfast in the fresh air! Internet and Parking! Thanks Merab and Nino!
