L’host una persona gentile e molto disponibile. La stanza pulitissima e silenziosa dotata di ogni confort. Eccezionale la macchinetta del caffè!

good location. easy parking. shower was good.

no physical staff present on site. noisy plumbing. fridge next to bed which kept switching on and off. ac didn’t work. pillows terrible.

The room was clean with a big wardrobe and a comfortable bed, persons who work there are very nice and helpful.

The soundproofing is not very good

It was spacious , clean and comfortable and an easy and interesting walk from the centre of town

We had an awful stay due to some other guests who almost had a fight in the middle of the night. The situation escalated to the point that we had to call over the owner (alternatively we would have called the police). The owner should be careful with the guests he hosts

This place is located near a big hospital - so emergency room is just next door :D :D :D Parking is available on the street or behind the house for free. It looked like a quiet neighbourhood. The owner was very nice! Old town is about 10 minutes away by foot.

Close to downtown and the beach to walk

Small shower, but this is a common problem in Italy. You might get luck with a huge bathroom, but still get a Mickey Mouse shower in the corner of a huge bathroom.
