Nice little comfortable private room with street view from window from two directions. Staff was helpful and relaxed. Location was good with restaurants close and the Taj Mahal in walking distance.

Property is not maintained at all. Room was not cleaned properly. Washroom condition was too poor. Moustache Jaipur and Udaipur are far better than Agra. Even food at restaurant was not worth to anything. Agra property of moustache really need an improvement.

The room size could have been better and movement sounds could be heard from other two rooms, that made it feel less private.

The staff was friendly.

After staying in the Hostel Moustache in Jaipur, I have to say, that this one was very disappointing, since I was expecting the same level of services. We stay in a shared 6 bed room, that was right next to the reception. The beds were ok, but the bathroom was not properly clean and the shower water, was also not working well. The rooftop restaurant was dirty and the food was very poor.

The location and mattress was good, and staff helpful. Terrace is nice.

It was super dirty, sheets were not changed, broken fans and lights, no locks for security, it needs some proper maintenance.

Great location - for walking to the Taj and to other sights. The rooms were fine - and the hostel is pleasantly designed, even if in need of a bit of freshening up. Some of the staff were quite friendly and welcoming.

Slightly tired rooms - shower in the bathroom wasn't great. Needed to ask for towels, water and some toiletries - rooms didn't really appear to be ready (though we arrived in the afternoon/evening). The guy who carried our luggage up the stairs - which we didn't really need him to do - asked for a tip and said it was a 'luggage charge'. Not the sort of thing you expect in a hostel. The restaurant on the rooftop has a great location but it didn't seem much in use when we were there.
