The house is definitely capable of sleeping and entertaining a large group- which is great! Amenities- cool, right? Kitchen fairly stocked but, the utensils/pans/bowls/oven and stuff weren't the cleanest. (Heads up: Coffee maker? Not a keurig-bring loose grounds.)
If deciding to stay here, consider the house's location & when you're traveling. It's up in the mountains, on windy, steep roads and if traveling in the winter, ensure the host has the driveway plowed when you arrive so you don't have to start your stay shoveling for about two hours. 🙃
Also, the rooms are either pretty hot or freezing cold- plan accordingly.
Another point- don't book here if your party has more than 6 drivers (vehicles). You can list up to 12 drivers but township law only allows 6 through the gated community. I had communicated my number of drivers (9) to the host- was assured i was set & all drivers were registered with the gate but... still had to figure out where to leave guests' cars outside of the community & go pick them up to get them to the house... because 3 cars weren't allowed in Penn Estates. That was fun and frustrating! Thanks so much for that, Sharon!

The property was exactly as advertised but bigger in person! Sharon has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into her home. Well supplied with essentials and was very clean. She was very communicative, thorough, and took the time to check in with us during our stay. Her attention to detail was extremely evident and made our stay seamless from start to finish. Would definitely recommend for young families and groups of friends.

My family and I had a great time. The house was beautiful, very spacious, clean, in order and lots of fun things to do in the house and in the community. The host Sharon was great, available when we needed her and made sure our needs were kept up with in our stay. We cannot wait to return again, this will definitely be one of our getaway homes.

I cannot express how wonderful Sharon is and how amazing her property is. My girlfriends and I had the best weekend getaway. We were concerned that the weather wouldn’t hold up but that didn’t stop us from having fun, with so much room for activities and the literal activity room she has we were never bored. Whether we’d be hanging in the upstairs living room playing pool or having breakfast at the long dinning room table or even the game room so much fun. And at points that the sun did come out the large deck left all of us plenty of room to lay out and enjoy the pool and spacious hot tub. Will 100000% be booking here again. 10/10 stars!!!

House was great. Very roomy. Lots of space. Owner was always available and answered all texts. Hot tub wasn't working. Next day tech was there too fix it. Downfall would be beds. Not the newest and most comfortable at all. Is a slight pain your in a gated community and any uber or delivery has to be told way ahead of time to security.

Our family of 12 people( including 3 kids) enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The property manager was very easy to reach at anytime throughout our stay and was happy to answer all the questions. The house itself is very spacious with lots or entertainment for adults and kids . We didn’t even notice how 3 days passed. The most memorable moment during our stay would probably be 3 deers slowly walking right infront of the house. Kids were screaming with delight. It was super fun and comfortable. We had three families stay at the house. A total of fourteen adults and kids. There was more than enough space for the kids to have fun, and the adults to relax and chill by the fireplace. The host Sharon was wonderful and hands-on. It was a delightful ski trip and the house was perfect for our needs.

We were 12, 6 kids aged 3-16 and 6 adults. The house had constant entertainment for all. Hot tub for adults, pool for kids, game room with ping pong, card table with cards and chips, football, air hockey and projection TV.
There’s Wi-Fi and a pool table. There are a lot of activities in the area but the house was both so relaxing and actively fun so there was no need to explore outside the area of the home.
The multiple decks may seem daunting but there are bedrooms on the first floor. The kitchen and dining area are on the same floor.
There were minor issues but the response time from the owner was immediate!! She was fantastic at addressing our needs. Throughout the rental process (discussion about the property, contract and monetary commitment, pre-vacation questions and while we were there) Sharon the owner was responsive. She was a pleasure to work with.
Totally considering coming back again.

Great vacation home!!
The house was perfect for our family of 10. There was lots to do with the swimming pool, hot tub, ping pong and pool tables and air hockey and other games for the kids. Communication with the owner was great! Any questions we had were answered almost immediately.

Spent Thursday-Sunday AM here with 10 guys for a friends Bachelor Party where we went nearby to golf (multiple courses in 30 minute radius), breweries and distilleries in the area (Silverback, Down River, to name a few) and remainder of time we spent at the house by the pool, hot tub, BBQ.
House was great. The outside amenities (pool, hot tub, grill) and inside amenities (showers, tv's) all functioned properly. Games downstairs were a nice touch. All the rooms and beds allowed us to fit comfortably 10 people and we could have easily fit many more (especially if you have young children).
Only knock, which is unavoidable for host, is the front gate security. We nicknamed the area Fort Knox due to how tight it was. When host asks to submit all names and make of vehicles beforehand, make sure you do!! As long as you are in advanced communication with Sharon everything will be handled relatively smoothly and quickly. The issues are only if you have surprises (we ordered Dominos late Friday night, and Ubers early Saturday to go to brewery) which can create frustration as you have to message her via text for ASAP approval or they get denied. They won't even let in pizza :)

Nice get away
Property was very well arranged with multi level areas for different age groups which was nice. We enjoyed kids game room as well as full size pool table and hot tub. Bed rooms were excellent size and mattress was very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. The only thing that bothered me was that drawers were not cleaned by house keeping. Out door furnitures were not too clean so I had to clean before using. Host was reached easily and informed of this. Otherwise, it was really nice.

Easily accommodated the 10 of us. There had been a snow and ice storm the night before and when we arrived the driveway was not plowed nor was the deck shoveled.. we shoveled the deck so we could get to the hot tub. Aside from that it was a good stay

Wonderful cabin getaway spot
I went to this place to celebrate my birthday with my friends for a weekend. Everything was great, it was winter and we made use of the fireplace and hot tub and it was fantastic! There was so much space for our group of 8, and plenty of amenities in the kitchen for us to cook with and whenever we had small questions the property owner was super responsive. Would definitely check this place out again, maybe in the summer so we can check out that pool next time!

The entire experience from booking to checking out was exceptional!! The property manager was flexible, prompt in any questions we had, caring (wishing us safe travels). The property was clean and very accommodating. Everyone enjoyed the stay even our teenagers!! We are so happy we stayed here and the property manager was fantastic!! Fun holiday spot in the Poconos
Our family spent a wonderful few days in this spacious home. We enjoyed making meals, using the hot tub, and visiting nearby attractions including ski runs and shopping outlets. The owners were very attentive, and I would recommend this property to others.

Not like pictured… Overpriced for what you actually get..
Pictures don’t accurately represent this property. It was dirty, kitchen was especially, moldy shower curtain, sheets smelled of mildew. Paint patches everywhere. For the price, I would not recommend. With all the taxes and having to clean the place before we could settle in, I can’t recommend. The owner was responsive but nothing she could have done after we arrived. I addressed all the problems after we left and she said they would be fixed. Not much good that does my family. Also beware, stairs are steep and narrow. A family member fell down 8 steps and broke an elbow during the stay.
Checking in was a disaster, went to two separate gates to check in and were still treated poorly by guards. After a 45 minute delay we were finally let in with no apology and very immature behavior from the staff at guard station.

Great location with easy access to all Pocono mountains attractions. Very safe gate community. The house is huge and everyone can play together while can be private if needed. I will rent it again if I decided to visit Pocono mountain again. The owner is super nice and a great communicator.

Fabulous stay
We had a wonderful stay here. The pool was a big hit with the kids. There were a lot of pool toys. There was a lot of things to keep them busy also. The game room was also a big hit with the kids. They loved the ping pong, air hockey and lots of board games. They were able to stay busy and enjoy themselves when they weren't in the pool. Also, the adults enjoyed all of the amenities.
The house is fully equipped with whatever you would need also. You don't need to bring anything.
Sharon was amazing with communicating with us. She also helped us out fast when we had a lot of rain and the pool needed to be shocked. She sent someone over very fast so the kids could enjoy the pool our last day. I would absolutely recommend this property. It is clean and comfortable.
I have crazy sleepers and was worried about bunk beds but they are very large and had high sides. My 5 year old asked me to get the same bunk beds. My 7 year old loved the top bunk.
We loved making s'mores on the fire pit. The community also has a lot of amenities as well. The kids loved the lake area. The kids are already asking when we can go back.

Great Poconos House!
Sharon’s place is awesome! I visited with a group of 10 friends and we all had a great time. Everyone had their own bed and the house is big with plenty of space. The backyard deck is massive and we loved the outdoor grill and pool. Sharon was a great host and very easy to get in touch with. Definitely recommend and would love to stay there again!

We had a great time, check in was easy, Sharon was very communicative. The house is great! A ton of space and a ton of games and room for activities! Would recommend to anyone looking to get away with a group of people.

Good and Bad
Enough beds and baths to be comfortable. Lots of things ofr kids to keep occupied, pool, ping pong table, foos ball table and card table. Adults enjoyed the sauna. Couldn't use pool table first few days (see below). Beds were hard and squeaky. Kitchen island stools were broken and unstable. Very dangerous for children. Owner replaced them. Hot tube did not regulate properly. We had to add cold water from the hose to use it. Bricks on the front walk are loose and one of our party slipped and cut her ankle. The grill was so filthy it caught on fire, nearly ruining our food even after one of our party spent 1/2 hour cleaning it. 2 lamps were broken and there were no tips on pool cues and no chalk for pool cues. There were insufficient hand and dish towels. Owner provided new ones. There was a deck chair that was broken and a toilet paper holder was also broken. Contract said up to 15 badges for community amenities available at $25. We were 11 people. Only 9 were provided and owner wanted to charge us $50 each for the other 2. She agreed to split it and take $25 each (which is what it was supposed to cost in the first place) and then did not provide them after being paid by Venmo. Has not given us a refund yet.
For the amount of money that was paid per night with all the additional fees, over $1500 per night, we should not have had ANY of these issues.

Family fun
The property was big with plenty of great features for a fun summer family/friend trip. We had 12 ppl including kids and it suited us perfectly.

Beautiful spacious home!
I went on vacation for a couple of days with my family. The house was absolutely perfect. It’s not only beautiful but full of entertainment. It rained every afternoon/evening we were there so we really took advantage of the pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, and the board games. The hot tub was also a hit with those that found the pool water too cold. Sharon was so helpful and attentive. I definitely recommend this house for any family gatherings!

Great family getaway!
Three families congregated at this great property— plenty of space, pool and hot tub were awesome, Sharon was amazing at communicating. Lots to do around the area (hiking), easy access to grocery stores. Can’t wait to come back!

Awesome house for group getaway
Stayed in this property with a large group (6 couples; 12 total) and it was the perfect home for a long weekend getaway. The house was totally clean and had great amenities including foosball, ping pong, pool table and more. There was a large bedroom for everyone which was a rare find in a rental home and much appreciated. The host was incredibly communicative and we were able to text her all weekend and get responses usually within minutes for any issues. Large nice kitchen, decently well stocked, the coffeemaker was broken but the host immediately offered to reimburse a replacement one if we wanted to pick one up. The pool was great, hot tub was a little bit finicky but when we could finally use it it was great- large and covered by a roof. Overall, this truly was the perfect home for a group and I can’t recommend it highly enough - the cleanliness, thoughtful amenities and excellent communication exceeded our expectations and I would definitely stay here again. Plus, it’s right near East Stroudsberg which has some cute cideries / wineries / restaurants etc and there are a few large supermarkets close by.

Perfect family getaway!
This house was just what we needed to escape our year long COVD Quarantine! The house was clean, and spacious. We loved all of the amenities; the beautiful decks, sauna, hot pool, fire table and fire pit. Sharon was a great host, very attentive and responsive host.

Giant house for my whole family
This house is big, we loved having bed choice and various living spaces to hang out together or separately. The hot tub is amazing of course but the sauna was my favorite. There is an exercise bike that is not listed in the ad, I loved that. I would absolutely rent here again. I am not an xbox user and had some trouble with the TVs tech wise, but Sharon texts back right away. There are a ton of pots and pans in the kitchen, a croc pot, coffee maker and more. The neighborhood was quiet and calm.

A great place for friends
A few friends met up for a weekend and the house was perfect. There’s plenty of space to hang out and sleep. The house is equipped so well. Everything was very clean. The check in process was efficient. Shannon was so responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Highly recommended.
