We scheduled our stay online to come down to St George to see Jersey Boys @ Tuacahn. The condo/home was a great location and the accommodations were wonderful. We found the place clean and orderly and very comfortable for two old couples. We enjoyed the pool on one afternoon and had it to ourselves! We will certainly come again if we can beat others to this great get away location.

We enjoyed the villa at Lava Falls. It was roomy with all the furnishing one needed to be comfortable. The layout of the unit was excellent. The only criticism would be the location is very near the road so we were unable to enjoy the lanai.Overall though an enjoyable stay.

We love this development and have stayed here multiple times. This is the first one with this host and it didn’t disappoint. Nicely furnished, clean and the host addressed the couple of small glitches right away. The power went out while we getting ready to leave for Tuacahn and we were wondering how to get out of the private gate. He responded to our text within minutes and luckily the power came on before we needed to find a solution. Great host and great property.

Beautiful property! Very clean and extremely well appointed. There is road noise in the bedrooms at night due the main road just behind the house but it does settle around 11pm or so. I would definitely stay at this home again.

I walked the lava trail, the Desert Arboretum and took a walk down the trail to Harmons. Beautiful environment, peaceful and a great place to meditate and get in touch with nature. I felt like it was my home because I felt safe and comfortable. If I could I would purchase the property. My family felt the same, having dinner every night and taking a nice stroll around the neighborhood. My golden doodle enjoyed it too. Can’t wait to return !!

We enjoyed our stay! The home and furnishings seemed to have been updated and were nicely done. The beds were very comfortable, and we had most of what we needed. I felt like a few more kitchen items would have been nice- there were no measuring cups, and the pepper was gone so we had to buy some. Also the lounge chair in the living room was extremely wobbly so we didn’t dare sit on it for fear it would break. The location being right across from the pool and hot tub was great! We were glad we didn’t have to cross the busy main road like some of the other homes. However there was quite a bit of noise from being right next to the road that took some getting used to. Overall it was a great location for our stay.

Place is in a vacation community that has a pool and hot tub.Has a small grocery store just down the road that is awesome. Bike and walking trails are close. There is road noise but it didn't bother us. We will stay again.

This Lava Falls patio home is in a great location. Convenient to downtown restaurants and Snow Canyon State Park. The gate code provided was incomplete and the home had not been cleaned. The cleaning company manager showed up later that evening and apologized for the mixup. They made the beds and cleaned the bedrooms. After the shaky start we really enjoyed our stay. The nearby heated pool and hot tub was a nice plus.

This was a perfect spot! The neighborhood was quiet, easy to get to. We were having a family reunion and they didnt allow dogs at all. So we found this spot and it was great knowing our dogs were safe and happy while we had dinner at our very large family reuinion. Plus we got to have our own spot to decompress. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a quiet place to enjoy the area. Owners were great to work with and quick to respond with any of our questions.

We chose this property because it is in an area which limits fireworks and we were trying to get our little dog away from the incessant fireworks that take place around July 4th where we live.
The unit is very nice - nicer than the pictures show. Great location to get to stores and such. Very well appointed in a lovely little vacation development with a pool. Highly recommend for the greater St. George area. And most importantly, very well insulated for sound so very quiet - we only heard some fireworks in the distance on the 4th and our furry family member did great (he approves of this rental!).

The unit was perfect for us. Everything was fresh and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Pool was just across the street. We really appreciated them extending our checkout time so we could clean up after golfing. Would definitely rent again

First, the Property Owner contacted us well in advance to tell us the check in process. The check in was with Darren and he was beyond responsive and went out of his way for us. The place was extremely clean and all of the furnishing were well done and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, appliances, pots and pans. The pool was just across the way and the community is very secure. I would definitely recommend it.

It was great! So enjoyable and comfortable. Loved being so close to the pool. The only thing I noticed while there was there was a dirty sock from the previous visitors left in the closet and we had to kill a few spiders, but it is spring. Lol. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

I travel frequently and often stay in VRBO properties - This property definitely ranks in my top 5. It's an amazing location and the property is incredibly well appointed (even better than the pictures and the write up of the property!) Our stay was so serene and we had everything we needed either in the property already or within a short drive to Harmon's for food supplies. Communication with the property manager was STELLAR.

This place was awesome! It’s even better in person than the pictures show. Comfy beds, nicely furnished, and I loved the master shower. Most importantly, it met my nearly impossible standard of cleanliness. The host was responsive and kind, the location can’t be beat, and being able to have our small dog travel with us was a real plus. Thank you for a perfect weekend!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! Close to bike trails. Manager was very responsive to questions. Home had everything you could possible need. We’ll stocked kitchen. Only two negative things about this place: the listing advertises a community pool but it’s currentlly closed for repairs. We were really looking forward to the hot tub after chilly bike rides :(. The second thing is that it backs a major road and traffic was pretty loud in the morning to wake up to. Other than that, it was perfect!

I have stayed in multiple VRBO's over the years. This property is beyond nice. All of the finishes are high end making my stay here very enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable and the property was laid out extremely well. This is a great place to stay in St. George. Centrally located in a gated community. We loved our stay. The home was super clean, had everything you could possibly need. The pool was a stones throw from the front door and our family was the only one enjoying it both days (90 degrees out). There is a beatiful, paved biking and hiking trail right outside the front door. We especially appreciated the owners understanding when we had to cancel due to COVID, and they kindly refunded us 2 out of 3 nights when we unfortunatley had to cancel very last minute. We would book there again.

Great Stay
My wife and I are investigating retirement residences as well as doing some golf, biking and hiking. Lava Falls was a perfect location for us to do so. Grocery store, restaurants, access to bike trails - all right there. The beautiful red hills were icing on the cake. Unit # 1 was very clean and the perfect size for us. Only downside is that the unit abuts Pioneer Parkway which is a busy road with a lot of construction off to the northwest. Ryan is a gracious host and Darrin was extremely responsive handling some minor glitches upon our arrival. Overall a very high rating.

The house in Lava Falls was perfectly located for our trip. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was right across the street. It was perfect for two couples. We would definitely stay there again.

Convenience and Comfort
My husband and I enjoyed our stay and we were able to relax for almost a week. The home is nicely appointed and is in a great location. It's located on a noisy street, but inside it was totally quiet. Loved being so close to Harmonds grocery!!

Beautiful home
We were in town for a swim meet at Dixie State. This a very clean, quiet 2 bedroom home in a gate community that made our trip very pleasant. We'd highly recommend it.
