Excelente Refugio y personal sumamente esmerado y atento. Tuve que desayunar antes del horario por razones de trabajo y tuvieron la gentileza de adaptarse. Lo recomiendo.

Comodidad

Wonderful place in a safe (rich) neighborhood in San Pedro Sula. The rooms are very big and clean and there is a nice pool area. The owner is a good cook and we had fish there for lunch. Right next to the Refugio there is a plant nursery which also functions as a café and you can get world class coffee there.

The owner ordered a taxi for us which was 25 min. late and we almost didn’t make it to the airport in time. It’s not their fault, but they could have warned us. Try Uber instead.

The Atencion by the administrador of such a short and last minute reservation and the interest of help and contribute and assist with someone else’s problem , The bed Conditions and brand new split A/C unit , the Property in general but in resume the Attention of the Joe and Son Thank you both for working like a team and I spect to be back soon Gracias !

I would it like to have a small fridge , or a soda Freezer for late at night or to hold anything that we had to refrigerate maybe next time inside or outside the room . Everything else was fine .

Seemless check in. Rooms situated around a beautiful courtyard, tastefully decorated with whimsical decorations and lovely plants with a stunning view of the mountains in the background. The pool was clean and warm and I spent most of my time there. My room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom spacious and the bed comfortable. The wifi was flawless! I had perfect wifi both in my room and poolside. In the evening as the sun was going down, soft piano music began playing in the background, while twinkling lights began coming on around the property. It was beautiful and quiet. I had the place to myself and it felt like I was alone in a private villa. My dinner was served pool side and was delicious. BBQ ribs, mashed potatos and corn on the cob with a glass of sparking white wine. The made to order breakfast was also superb. Eggs, pancakes, orange juice and coffee with perfectly cooked bacon on the side. I was enjoying my stay so much that inquired about a late check out. I was happy to pay for the extension, however, the owner graciously allowed me to stay 4 more hours at no extra cost! I have been in Honduras 4 months and this lovely hotel is, by far, the most charming, quiet and peaceful of my ENTIRE stay.

I can't think of anything I would improve upon.
