I picked this apartment for the view as it looked out to the seafront. The apartment was lovely but we struggled with the stairs, but it was worth it for the view. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Good on-site parking. And it is dog friendly so bringing my little dog was great. Lowestoft is a quaint seaside town. Very relaxing and nice and clean. It is a nice walk along the promenade up to the marina.We hired a beach hut for the day and we loved it. The best thing though was the Ice cream! So many different flavours….divine! I would recommend staying here if you would like a nice chill out holiday.

The kitchen, kitchen implements and microwave were dirty; the kettle was heavily lime-scaled; the bathroom was grubby, the taps were loose and the electric shower was old, grubby and unserviceable. We also found the tone of the Owner instructions and rules for the apartment to be aggressive and threatening. When we reported our concerns to the Owner he told us that we were lying - despite us sending him photographs.

Stairway very tatty and apartment not as plush as price would intimate. Would have been better to not have do’s and dont’s printed everywhere.Plus notices to turn this or that off after use. Lots of terms and conditions. We have stayed many places but never had anyone take a £200 deposit in case you broke anything;/ Felt on edge and like big brother was watching us all the time - not literally but so many rules and regulations - There was a honesty and breakages book - never seen one of these before either :/ We were only there two nights and on our only Full day there While we were out and about we received a text Reminding us that we needed to be out by 10am the next day. Seemed to have a new shower fitted that was unusable either burnt you or froze you. Overall it felt like we weren’t welcome. Obviously will not book this again.

Lack of empathy, Oliver was told of drainage problems but stayed away. Widow and blinds didn’t work.
