Perfect location for Troulos beach Lovely welcoming staff spotlessly clean Nice spacious room with a balcony and seats. There is a short steep hill to get to the property but we soon got used to it

Patul extrem de dur si am ramas cu dureri de spate
Foarte cald cu usa deschisa, foarte rau cu aerul conditionat amplasat langa pat
Lipsa produse baie: gel de dus, sapun…hartie igienica…cereai si se faceau ca nu inteleg…si cu chiu cu vai iti dadeau
Doamna sefa foarte deranjata si pe un ton foarte neadecvat cand am solicitat dupa 3 zile sa ne schimbe prosoapele ne-a zis ca politica lor nu e sa schimbe zilnic prosoapele si am mentionat ca nu zilnic dar macar la 2 zile totusi ca suntem la mare…in 8 zile niciodata nu a fost schimbata lenjeria…
Peria de wc aproape imposibil de folosit fiind mizerabila…
Gunoiul din camera in ultimele 3 zile nu a mai fost luat…
Amplasarea complexului destul de sus astfel incat pe jos sa urci panta aceea, ramaneai fără respiratie…
Ah si sa nu mai zic ca scrumiera din balcon nu a fost niciodata golita in 8 zile si nici macar o matura data in 8 zile…
La micul dejun o singura data am mers si atunci ni s-a vorbit destul de urat…dupa cateva minute de asteptare ne-am servit singuri de sete cu un pahar de suc si s-a tipat la noi ca sa stam jos si sa nu atingem nimic ca nu e cu autoservire…

The steps would nit be suitable for anyone with walking issues. The entrance driveway and steps were steep but good exercise.

Sehr ruhige Lage aber trotzdem nahe beim Meer. Sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool und Bar. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Personal. Das Aparment war sehr groß genauso das Bad und die Dusche. Alles sehr sauber. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Breakfast was a disaster. Plenty of food that nobody really enjoyed, don't waste your money on it.
Also one of the couple in our group suffered some sort of bites from insects in the bed (not moskitos). Management ignored the complaint.

Perfectly located - peaceful and relaxed.
The staff were really helpful and made the stay so comfortable. We had been upgraded to a bigger room which was great. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the hills. All in all a holiday which way exceeded expectations! We’ll go back.
Personally I would have preferred to choose my breakfast but unfortunately the setup means they can’t do a buffet. Might be better if they asked what you’d like rather than bringing you a selection. It was interesting not knowing what would come but it did mean some food got wasted - it was very generous. I accept I’m a fussy eater - especially in the morning!

The property is located in a green amd quiet area. The rooms are big and clean.
There is a 10 min walk to the beach but there ia no sidewalk, you have to walk in the street. The breakfast is more on the sweet side.

The location was great although we had a hill view.. . it was a cool and open place hotel and we had a real great apartment with all the facilities the family needed!

The property was in an excellent location right by a bus route. The room and pool area were lovely, and so quiet. The staff were so lovely, especially the lady who ran breakfast (I’m sorry we didn’t catch her name), she was so friendly and helpful.
All of the staff were lovely apart from on our morning of check out, the check out was 12 and then at 11 housekeeping banged on our door, I told them we would be leaving at 12 as we had to pack. she then knocked again at 11:45 and was quite rude as we had not left yet. It wasn’t a nice end to the stay as everything else was amazing. Maybe check out should be stated as earlier or check in later if it causing issues for the housekeepers?

The only thing I would recommend is a few more healthy options at breakfast.
