cleaning: the room my children were staying had a strong smell bathroom: there was a leaking in the shower parking: is 2 blocks away and the hotel employees had to pick up the car and bring to us which can take a few minutes (I didn’t know when I booked this hotel)

The lack of parking, and the restaurant not working at night.

Rooms are not very spacious but clean, comfortable, and in good condition. Location is great, calm neighborhood and stuff to do at walking distance. The breakfast is good, great scrambled eggs, variety is nice.

The parking lot in another location (~10min walk) and not many people to retrieve the cars means you have to wait to get yours, especially when there's people in the line. I'm being picky here, but breakfast pastries and breaks didn't taste very fresh, a bit dry compared to some other hotels.

I liked the location and also the breakfast. The staff were really welcoming.

The room has carpete and the smell was not so good because of it. They should change the carpete. In my opinion is the only problem.
