We booked to use the kitchen and it was awesome.

Das Zimmer war super und passend für uns. Selfcatering ist hier kein Problem. Man darf sich selbst 24h bei Kaffee/Tee/Handtüchern/ WCPapier und Laundry bedienen, wenn man nicht auf den täglichen Service warten möchte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aussicht hatten wir keine, aber man fällt über die Strasse und ist schon Mitten im Geschehen. Für etwaige Befindlichkeiten werden hier Lösungen und Alternativen gefunden (Zum Beispiel Parkhausauswahl) Der Supermarkt ist keine hundert Meter entfernt. Es ist trotz der Grösse des Hauses sehr ruhig im Zimmer.Wir würden wiederkommen.

Wir hatten leider keine Aussicht. Aber das war nicht wirklich schlimm, weil man ja eh mittendrin ist.

Sehr schönes Appartement, sehr freundliches Personal, insbesondere Frau Nasiri aus dem Iran. Super!

No information on late night reception. My flight was badly delayed. I got to the hotel:- reception was closed I saw lights at the hotel opposite, Receptionist there got in touch with night reception Enter Viking. Maybe there should have been a how to get in, if you arrive late, say emergency number. One night I slipped out of bed and couldn't get up. It was only after I phoned my daughter in London that I was helped up and attended to by night reception and the hotel security guys. again does this highlight the case for a hotel emergency number?

Another stay at this hotel and as always - everything was great. The location is excellent, the service is extremely nice. Another big advantage is that the hotel has its own parking lot. The hotel additionally surprised me with a free room upgrade - thank you, it was a very nice surprise! During my next stay in Tromso - I will definitely come back to Enter City Hotel.

Central location, within walking distance to supermarket, bus stops and to waterfront. friendly and helpful staff. Kitchenette adequate for most purposes.

Sofa bed too soft

The hotel was centrally located near the harbor, main bus terminal, and several bus terminal. The kitchen came in handy and also had a percolator for coffee and tea. The room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly, and there were laundry facilities as well.

I can't think of anything other than other guests removing my clean laundry from the washer and putting it in a dirty plastic bag so that they could wash their clothes, although none of the dryers were available for another hour. I found that a bit disrespectful on their part, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

The bed and the chairs were comfortable. The bathroom was fine. The kitchenette worked well and was equiped with the appropriate amount of things. (there was a water heater but no electricity outlets near the kitchenette so you had to put the water heater on the floor in order to plug it in and actually use it). The view was nice.

I put up the do not disturb sign, yet they still came into my room. Put everything that was on my bed on the chair, and made up the bed. This is not appropriate. If there is a do not disturb sign they shouldn't come in just to make up the bed (especially if it is clearly being used to organise things). The table was very unsteady. The fan of the kitchen constantly made noise. There were no electricity sockets close to the bed.

Great location and quality for a very reasonable price. What I also appreciate is how the hotel makes extra towels, coffee, tea all easily and freely available.

It is a very confortable hotel. Many facilities and devices in the room. Very well located, closed to the center and the sea. Very polite and helpful staff.

Top location close to the bus terminal and city center. Clean room with a small kitchen (incl. dishes, etc ), very comfortable and clean, friendly staff.

Great location, staff were friendly and helpful. There was a mini kitchen in the room which was really handy!

I did have an issue with the power failing when I first used the stove, but I was able to fix this myself as the fuse box is in the room.

it was very hot in the room. uncomfortably so we had the window open to try to get some air in, despite the minus 10 degrees with snow.

The property was clean, provided cooking facilities and a fridge a comfortable bed. The young lady on reception went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable even providing fresh milk for us on arrival so we could enjoy a coffee without creamer. There was a laundry in the basement so we could catchup on washing and plenty of spare towels and pillows etc. Located close to the city so restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets were nearby.

The location of the hotel was very good for the things we wanted to do, and was close to a supermarket to pick up any bits we needed when passing. The room was lovely, with comfy beds, seating and a small kitchen area handy for making breakfast, preparing lunch etc. Tea, coffee, sugar were supplied which was a nice extra.
