Check in was smooth and quick. The staff were all very helpful and kind across the various sections of the hotel. Food was very good and a good bar is available. Room was big and clean

Intercom was erratic and I got getting calls at odd hours including mid night during my sleep and work meetings. I reported this many time, and nothing was mended. Only false promises from top managers. It was a disturbed stay. Food was not satisfactory.

Cleanliness. The panel for plugs at the desk was dirty. Stains in the loo. Dinner was substandard. Food is expensive and quality and quantity are poor. Wi-Fi didn’t work.
