Luxury apartment of 100m2 with pool and sea view in Porto Rotondo
LUJOSO piso en posición panorámica con una encantadora vista sobre el Golfo de Marinella, libre por tres lados, situado dentro de la prestigiosa y reservada Residencia Ladunia, dotada de recepción para huéspedes y servicio de seguridad, lindando con la famosa propiedad de Villa Certosa.
La casa está dispuesta en dos niveles y consta de una sala de estar con una gran veranda amueblada con zona de comedor y de estar y con una sugestiva vista al mar tanto desde el interior como desde el exterior. Una cocina equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, un dormitorio doble con una gran terraza cubierta y amplios armarios empotrados hasta el techo, un dormitorio individual con armario empotrado, ambos servidos por un cuarto de baño con ducha y un lavadero. Cómoda y espaciosa buhardilla con dormitorio doble y cuarto de ducha. El piso está equipado con aire acondicionado, Wifi y Smart TV.

Location of the property means that every room enjoys great views of the beach or the wooded hills around the property. The terrace/ balcony is a great place for family meals. Kitchen has all the amenities that you need.
There are a huge number of beaches for all tastes within easy driving distance. We also found it to be a good base for exploring the nearby mountains and for day trips to places
Like La Maddelana islands.

This is a lovely, comfortable apartment with outside terraces front and back providing perfect sitting areas to absorb probably the best view I’ve ever had the pleasure to look at - across Porto Rotondo.
The place is immaculate and well equipped and sits within a resort with pool, play area and nice grounds for a short stroll.
It’s in easy reach of a lovely beach, various restaurants and grocery shopping.
Had a lovely stay and would very happily visit again

The Apartment is very Nice, and the view is awesome, the only downside was that the pool closes on Sep. 30th, so did not even try to find it. But the beach across the way was still swimmable, a little chilly, but the apartment was great, except only 1 old fry pan, not a big deal. I did not look at all the photos or I would have realized that its on the third floor, 4 flights of steps and no elevator to carry up the luggage, not a problem for some but since I had sprained an ankle three weeks before going, it was not that good for me. Also the steps up to the Loft were very steep, Defiantly need a car if you want to explore, only suggestion I have would be to extend the time on the stair lights, leaving in the evening to go out the stair lights are on a timer and go out half way down. Otherwise a great place to stay. Did rent a dinghy at Porto Rotondo absolutely great day on the water, and did enjoy the stay, would recommend the place.

The apartment was in a fabulous location for local beaches, towns and not far from Olbia airport and supermarket.
It was comfortable and clean with a magnifient view from the large balcony.
The pool was a very good size, well maintained and enjoyed more super views over the bay.
It was end of season so quiet with some amenities and local shops and restaurants closed but that didnt spoil it, as we loved the peace and quiet and the lovely temperatures.
We would love to return.

Appartement with breathtaking view near Porto Rotondo and Marinella beaches. Great spot to explore the northern part of Sardegna from. Very large infinity swimming pool with amazing view with lots of sun beds and plenty of shade. The appartement has everything you need for a great holiday. Beautiful terrace for dining al fresco. Valerio has done the appartement with plenty of details and lovely atmosphere. We will surely come back when we visit Sardegna again!

The unit was perfect for us 3 adults. It had a beach close by, a pastry shop, grocery store and it was not far away from other beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda. We got the keys from the security gate. There are stairs to climb to get to the unit, be aware if you have mobility issues or heavy bags. The parking spot is tricky to get in, but so are everywhere in Italy. Wifi was good but be aware of usage amount limits. The washing machine was also tricky to figure out, would have been useful some instructions. Otherwise, kitchen did have utensils, pots and pans. Air conditioning was available and necessary most of the time. The view from the balcony is to die for and it was one of the reasons we got the unit. We also used the pool in the resort, it was big with pleasant water temperature. All in all, I can recommend this place for anyone.

Tolle Wohnung mit Traumblick !
Nach toller Kommunikation mit der Agentur und dem Service eines früheren Check in, fanden wir eine traumhafte Wohnung mit sensationellem Ausblick vor !
Die kleinen Problemchen wurden gelöst und wir konnten die Anlage Ladunia ( im Juni nicht voll, daher sehr ruhig ) geniessen -- besonders auch den Pool. Einzige Negativpunkte betreffen auch den Pool - die Öffnungszeiten bis 18 h sind unpraktisch und zu kurz und der Service bzw. die Mitarbeiter dort sehr unfreundlich !
Generell gitl aber -- wir kommen gerne wieder in Ladunia 39g und genießen den Ausblick !

Wonderful Stay!
The apartment with its amazing view is perfect to explore the Northeast of Sardegna. On the property you can find a tennis court, Pool, cafe and a nice restaurant. We would recommend to stay there!

Fabulous views and comfort
The location of the property is great and the neighbourhood which is like a park was quiet as we visited in off-season. The terraces were lovely for drinks, meals and relaxation. Everything worked and the flat was comfortable. The kitchen is tiny but well equipped. My husband and I would have difficulty with the narrow stairs to the loft bedroom, but luckily our friends are younger and were fine with it. The communication with the owner was always prompt and perfect. We had a superb time

Spectacular view and location
We had a very enjoyable stay. The location was spectacular, with great views from all the windows. The decor is lovely and the unit is well supplied. Check in and out were easy with the service center onsite. It was super quiet when we were there (early October) but I doubt noise would ever be a problem given the unit is top floor on the end. There are a few flights of stairs to access so beware if you have heavy bags. Valerio was very accessible to answer questions. The location was only a 5 minute drive to very nice restaurants and 20 minutes to boat tour access.

Traumhafte Aussicht!
Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Ausstattung hochwertig. In der Küche ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden und das wichtigste, die Terasse ist wirklich das Highlight mit ihrem Ausblick auf die Bucht von Marinella. Die Anlage ist ordentlich und gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war stets sehr gut. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Sie hat alles was man braucht und die Anlage Ladunia hat einen außergewöhnlichen Pool und eine tolle Bar wo man von Lilly einen sehr leckeren Café bekommt
Wir werden auf jedenfalls wieder kommen.
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Alles ist in einem sehr guten gepflegten Zustand und funktioniert.
Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war angenehm und zeitnah.

Wir sagen MILLE GRAZIE für erholsame Tage auf Sardinien in einer wunderschönen Wohnung! Die Wohnung liegt in einer tollen und sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage mit einem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts.
Der Vermieter hatte uns zudem noch super Tipps für Strände, Ausflüge und Restaurants - immer sehr hilfreich und freundlich!
Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Ruhe und wunderschöner Ausblick
Wir haben schöne Ferien in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Ausblick ist einfach grandios und wir hatten das Glück, dass wir nahezu die einzigen Gäste in der Anlage waren. Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam.
Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und wir wurden gut betreut. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Beautiful and comfortable!
This apartment was a real treat for our vacation. The view was absolutely stunning and we spent a lot of time on the terrace when we weren’t out. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings were very beautiful and had a wonderful island flair. We spent time at the pool and it was a real treat and had a wonderful view with lots of flowers and butterflies around. The beach was a quick drive and clean with beautiful water that you can wade out pretty far with soft sand. The parking for the car was a little tight but very adequate once we got use to it. Grateful it shaded the car. The owners were very helpful and forthcoming. We would love to come back and stay here in the future again! Highly recommend staying here! Grazie Valerio and Simona!

Location tout à fait conforme à la description. Terrasse avec une vue splendide. Très jolie piscine. Un peu loin de tout mais on y est si bien que l on a plus vraiment envie de bouger. Propriétaire très réactif. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Stunning views, wonderful area
We really enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was spacious and the view from the veranda was stunning. We travelled with a 2 yr old and there are quite a few steps to the property and some things to be mindful of if you have a little one but it was a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

High quality apartment in great location
We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is located on a well maintained residence with a reception/service office and friendly staff. It has been thoughtfully furnished with quality furniture, fittings and decorations, and is in excellent condition. The large veranda and views of Marinella are stunning.
Valerio and Simona are excellent hosts who respond quickly and efficiently to questions or requests for assistance.

Klasse Wohnung mit super Blick
Wohnung wie beschrieben, tolle Anlage. In der zweiten Oktoberwoche waren wir fast die einzigen Gäste, wurden aber sehr nett empfangen und es hat alles problemlos geklappt. Die Ferienwohnung war toll und für unsere Familie perfekt. Insbesondere die Terrasse ist das Highlight mit einer einzigartigen Sicht. Handtücher und Bettwäsche für 22€ extra pro Person fanden wir etwas teuer, aber auch hier hat alles problemlos geklappt.

Beautifully decorated, spacious & stunning views.
We thorougherly enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was so beautifully presented and equipped with everything you need. Everything in the property was tasteful and good quality, which I appreciated after having rented some places which read well but when you turn up are not as expected.
The layout of the apartment was fabulous for families and ensured everyone had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surrounds.
The view from the balcony was a real highlight, and the pool in the complex was a great alternative if the beaches were too windy. Having said that, there are many beautiful, white sandy beaches a short drive away so you can try a different one each day.
The owner and apartment manager were both very nice and easy to deal.
We had a wonderful time and plan to rent this apartment again. It was perfect for our family.

Nice apartment in a great location
The apartment is very nice, well maintained and you will feel in a mix between and hotel and your own home.
The view is amazing on the Marinella gulf, spectacular sunset and the best way to wake up in the morning. The location is also very strategic considering that you are 3 minutes from the Marinella beach and 5 minutes from Porto Rotondo.
Overall, fantastic experience.
