Breakfast was awesome! Room was clean. Staff spoke English and were kind. Location was great. In a popular neighborhood with many things walkable.

Stuff wasn’t ready attentive

The room was very clean. The bed was comfy. The soundproofing of the corridor could have been better, but so far, so good. It looks like a lot of people are living on the hotel, so the hotel had always people coming and going.

The internet (wi-fi) was terrible. Slow and always disconnecting. That's shame that in 2022 this hotel still doesn't know how to do it properly. If you need the internet for any reason, best to avoid staying here. Also, the breakfast had a very small selection. I mean a very small indeed! Just coffee, some breads, cakes and cereal. A bowl of fruit and you were ready to go! I couldn't believe when I saw it.

Pretty much everything. The place is clean, beautiful, well located, offers great breakfast buffet and good options at the restaurant. Staff isn't super friendly, but is very polite and helpful. Bed is comfortable, pillows are good enough, blanket is pretty comfy too, bathroom is clean and clear. The crown goes to the shower head, however. I'd already stay in this hotel again anyhow, but the shower is so delicious I feel like I have to spread the word.

It's true that you can hear everything going on outside, people walking, talking and whatever else. And from the corridor, it's possible to hear faint noises from inside the rooms, such as the shower running, music being played and such. Also, at least on the 16th floor, there was a constant noise of water going through the pipes.

The hotel is excellent and localization more excellent.
