Die Ausstattung, man kann selbst frühstücken. In der Küche hat man alles was man braucht. Es ist direkt nebenan ein Restaurant und ein Supermarkt. Der Supermarkt ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Personal ist sehr nett. Rollervermietung ist vor Ort.

Man braucht sehr lange überall hin. Bis zum Balangan Beach sind es 5 min aber zu allen anderen Stränden oder nach Uluwatu braucht man schon 20-30 min. Ist sehr laut da gegenüber eine Baustelle ist. Die Klimaanlagen sind okay aber oben im Bad geht man ein. Unten im Schlafzimmer liegen viele tote Wespen und Bienen, wieso konnten wir uns nicht erklären. Flughafenshuttle kann ich nicht empfehlen da es viel zu teuer ist, mit Grab bezahlt ihr die Hälfte.

Petu was and amazing host and really really helpful! The location was a little bit further than we expected from the beach but we loved it.

The TV didn't work :( not so good to get the kids to settle at night. Booked for 6 ppl but only enough beds for 4. 2 kids had to share the couch.

Lack of utensils/kitchen wares... tea-towels Some repairs on shower needed. Basic coffee/tea/sugar options. Hot water on water dispenser wasn't working.

It was mouldy smell in the bedroom on the ground floor. All the dishes and glasses were very dirty. If u do t have scooter it is far to get to the beach and good cafes

The villa was clean and suitable for a big family or group of friends.

The room was really hot during morning and afternoon due to the sun, even we turned on the AC and fans.

Don't stay here if you don't want to deal with scam. Booked this accommodation, checked in. The house did not have a safety box. The kitchen was dirty, mold in many places. When I found out that the front door was broken, without having my bags unpacked, I asked to cancel the reservation. The guy at the door said "ok". Then I asked for a refund (paid in cash), he answered that there's no refund. Called his manager. The manager told me I can leave the place, but they will keep the whole payment. "There is no cancellation option", he said. Though it is clearly stated in official booking.com cancellation policy that 50% refund is ought to be in that particular case. I replied that the property did not meet expectations at all. And that there must be some misunderstanding, which is ok, that happens. The manager insisted there was no refund. I told him I would address booking.com customer service. He replied instantly, that he would return me 50% if I don't address customer service and don't leave a negative review. Funny, right? The guy just tried to fraud me for 100%. And for 50%, that he was OBLIGED to return, he tried to hush up the problem. It took me about and hour in total to get my 50% back. What can I say. Enjoy your money, pal. If not the owner/manager, I'd say the place is 4/10. With the manager it's solid 1/10. Overall it does not meet expectations at all, looks much better on pictures than in real life, and has a horrible value/price ratio. There are many great accommodations around, you deserve better, guys. P.S. had taken photos to send it to friends before I found there's no safety box and the door is broken. And before the communication with the owner. Having known that, would have snap others, the rest is no good as well.

The villa was stunning, the pool was lovely and the facilities were brilliant!
