Clean and great staff. Service and reception and parking and room service. Feels like 5 star hotel.

What we didn't like was the smoking smell coming to us from other rooms. We complained to reception and they were very kind and understanding and moved us to different room thanks much Grand Plaza

Everything was perfect and the food amazing! Room service was very quick and all our requests were met with enthusiasm. At breakfast, the hotel manager went out of his way to check whether we were happy with our accommodation and asked whether we needed anything else. My wife's dress was creased and they steamed free of charge. On the last day we had a late check out 3.30pm as we had a midnight flight out from Riyadh. We had meetings throughout the day so we couldnt get back to the hotel until much later so they arranged for our luggage to be taken fom our room (710) and stored at the reception. Faultless customer service. Thank you Grand Plaza

We had the deluxe room, which is quite large, really king size bed, quiet, good location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was huge, and delicious. The hotel has parking! It is stated on Booking it has not, but there is underground parking and also parking lots on the front and sides. The hotel manager is excellent profesional, we got the warmest greetings of our trip, on our arrival!

I recommend the Grand Plaza Hotel - Gulf Riyadh. With its excellent location, great facilities, friendly staff, and delicious food, this hotel is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, everyone was professional and courteous. Also, the hotel's restaurants were also a highlight of my stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide range of options to suit all tastes.

Friendly staff, good location (100m from metro to be opened sometimes this year). I did not have breakfast so cannot rate. Nice swimming pool and spa. First hotel I stayed in Saudi Arabia where daily cleaning has been done without reminders.

No curtains in the room so you can be seen from opposite houses, only night curtains which makes room dark during the day.

The fridge was not cooling very well
