Heating did not work - it was too cold. Light in front of main door does not work so you can't see anything when you arrive at night. Lastly, i never received the code by email which is needed to open the locker for the keys

Great location and the contact with the property manager was very pleasant. Very friendly and quick in the communication.

The location was excellent. Less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes to the Markt square. The apartment was comfortable and although in the centre was quiet.

The kitchen had all the facilities however there were no instructions on how to use the oven which was disappointing.

Beautiful & clean apartment

Unfortunately the shower was blocked and ran over when we showered. The stove has a trick to put on but eventually we managed.

Great location. Very spacious and modern. Good bed. Nice kitchen.

There was no soap and towels in the kitchen, toilet and bathroom (inconvenient). Shower gel almost empty. No curtains, only blinds (so lack of privacy when the windows are open because it was on the ground floor).

lack of air conditioning - made sleeping difficult in hot conditions as noisy (being in town centre) with windows open. also beds are comfortable but too big for the rooms, made it difficult to move around in bedrooms.

Top location of the property. The interior was very pleasant and comfortable. It is appropriate for longer stays.

We had to make several calls until we received the keys to check in. The WC is quite small.

the location is great. the design of the apartment is tasteful and the apartments are spacious, also very clean. the staff is very helpful and they are on top of their game. you can use a bike for free.

The location is perfect for everything one may want to do in town. One of us is also doing a few days work in Eindhoven and Oss, and the proximity to the train station is also appreciated.

The wifi was intermittent, so that there were periods when the connection was broken, and then mysteriously it would come back again. An attempt to contact the owner to sort this out resulted in no response. Lack of AC for cooling (heating is available) could be a problem in a heat wave, which is becoming increasingly common!

The location is great, in the heart of the city. I appreciated to have access to the gym within a 5 minutes walk.

The check-in process was not fluent. I received plenty of contradicting messages. The key lock was not easy to find, and the door of the apartment was not just unlocked, but completely open when I arrived. The apartment I had was huge but a bit dark.

The location of the apartment block is so convenient for a walk to the station and then to all the things to see in s'hertogenbosch. The access by the key box is so easy. We stayed in Flat 2 which is possibly the best with 3 large windows on the 1st floor overlooking the street. The space is very good for 2 people with everything you can want for a stay of a few days. Nicely designed with good quality fittings. The bed is large and comfortable.

The only thing missing is a plug in the basin in the bathroom.

Small but cozy apartment right in the centre of town. Clean, comfortable and provides all you need! We were very comfortable during our stay and would recommend!

Very well located

Excellent location, right in the centre of Den Bosch, close to bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and short walk to attractions. Very good size for a family of four, with the kids bedroom far enough away from the living area that there was no problem with them sleeping through our movie night. Has all the facilities you need with very good quality appliances.

Some minor things could be improved. The listing states there is reserved car parking available on site, but you actually have to use a public parking garage around the corner (less than 5 minutes walk). Though generally very good, certain things could have been slightly cleaner, for example wiping down the blinds. Also the check in procedure required an email address for all people staying, including the children, and you couldn't reuse an email or leave it blank.

The room was big with a lot of private room. It didn't have that "just bought from IKEA" look that a lot of apartment stays/AIrBNBs sometimes have. Great value for money and located right in the center of town. I could definitely see staying there for a longer period of time. My interaction with the staff at the Duke Hotel (which is nearby) was also very pleasant, and they allowed us to store our things.

The biggest problem was that I wanted to use the sofa bed because I wanted my elderly dad to have the main bed. They said it would be 35 euros to get sheets for sofa. That's ridiculous considering the price was just 100 euros a night.
