Schön und gemütlich eingereichtes Haus. Die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr praktisch organisiert. Jedes Zimmerchen hat eine Leselampe. Die Terrasse wurde zu unserem Wohnzimmer. Während davor buntes Treiben stattfindet, sitzt man dort im kühlen Schatten. Wenn man dann wieder Lust auf Unternehmungen hat, öffnet man einfach das grüne Türchen und steht direkt zwischen Strand, Restaurants und einem kleinen Supermarkt. Es gibt viele Katzen auf der Insel, die sowohl von den Bewohnern als auch von den Urlaubern respektiert und versorgt werden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Υπέροχο σπίτι με όλες τις ανέσεις,μεγάλο πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο σαλόνι,πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα,το ψυγείο είχε νερό και αρκετά αναψυκτικά διαθέσιμα,πανέμορφη θέα του λιμανιού τόσο από τα υπνοδωμάτια όσο και από την άνετη αυλή με τα καναπεδάκια που σε "καλούσαν"να περνάς ώρες ξεκούρασης ατενίζοντας την παραλία .Μάς ξυπνούσαν το πρωί οι άγκυρες που έριχναν τα ιστιοπλοϊκά και κοιμόμασταν συντροφιά με τον κυματισμό της θάλασσας.Πολύ εγκάρδια και φιλόξενη είναι η οικοδέσποινα που αποτελεί το πατρογονικό της σπίτι. Αγαπητή Χρύσα συγχαρητηρια για το σπίτι σου!!! Χαρήκαμε πολύ που σε γνωρίσαμε!!!

We had the pleasure of staying at "The House in the Port," and we cannot express how wonderful our experience was. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning location. The property is situated right by the sea, and the view was nothing short of breathtaking. We found ourselves waking up to the gentle sound of the waves every morning, which was a truly serene and tranquil way to start our days together. One of the standout features of this accommodation is the exceptional host. Chrysa was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Her hospitality was beyond compare, despite she was already away due to her job. The amenities provided were a delightful surprise. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, refreshing water, sweets to satisfy our cravings, and even toothbrushes - a level of thoughtfulness that truly sets "The House in the Port" apart. The presence of tons of different shampoos, conditioners and body lotions added to the feeling of luxury, ensuring we didn't have to worry about a thing. Cleanliness was paramount throughout our stay. The property was spotless, and it was evident that great care is taken to maintain a high standard of hygiene. In summary, "The House in the Port" offers a prime location, a very responsive and friendly host, outstanding hospitality, a wide array of thoughtful amenities, impeccable cleanliness, and the mesmerizing sound of the sea. Really nothing major to complain about! Some doors could have used some WD-40 (or other lubrication) to avoid some squeaky noises - although maybe these were part of the whole experience of that old, beautiful house with wooden floors. To make things in the kitchen perfect, I would recommend sorting out the spices and oils that accumulate from time to time (one of the oils did not smell good any more - so we've just used another bottle).

All was nice.

Only problem was occasional smoke from the ferries - both on the nearby beach and in the house. Only a minor drawdown, however.

The location was perfect, at the end of the road from the port with all bars, tavernas and a supermarket within walking distance. Great host, the house is fully equipped with lovely sea view.

Nothing to dislike.

What an adorable, spacious apartment with all the modern amenities you want— and more, yet a lovely vibe of yesteryear. And Chrysa the host raises the bar with her warm hospitality, and a wide range of welcome treats you instantly feel at home. Love that there’s so many hangout areas—sunny & shady, and close location to beach, bakery, restaurants & market. Will definitely book here again💕

This beautiful house is located in the lively port of Kea. Supermarket, bakeries and cafes all on your doorstep. The house is spacious and airy, and has a lovely small grapevine covered patio perfect for lounging and reading a book. It is well stocked with anything you might need. Greek hospitality at its best.
