Clean, modern and well-located room with a very comfortable bed. Great customer service from the host and housekeeper. Spacious room with private balcony, shared kitchen outside the room if you want to self-cater. Short walk to beach and town. Highly recommend this guesthouse and would stay again.

As is customary in Crikvenica, several stairs to walk up and located on a hill but if you can accept that, it’s fine and not too difficult.

Very clean room, close to everything. Very friendly staff. Easy to check-in, check-out. The room has a fridge, and a common kitchen (well-equipped). Everything was so good. Parking is free on the street, quite busy but if you have patient, you will find a spot. Truly recommend!!

The hostess Marina is a kind and friendly woman. The apartments are located near the sea, 2 minutes, go down the stairs. The kitchen is shared but that doesn't stop you from using it. Everything is always clean. The territory is also well-groomed and it is pleasant to be on it. Parking for a car has always been found on the street. If we want to visit this city again, we will stay here again. :)

in our opinion, it would be possible to use less detergents and fragrances. the floor in the room had a strong smell of detergent that it was impossible to breathe. I had to wash the floor with water to reduce the smell. the cloth was soaked in soap.

The guesthouse is in a very good location on a lower street, so you don´t have to walk uphill for a long time, just few minutes and you are on one of the beaches. You can choose from sand with pebbles, rocks, concrete, shallow water or deeper. I recommend bringing swimming shoes just to be sure, because of the rocks in the water. There are enough buffets, restaurants, playgrounds, water attractions. You can rent a beach chair and parasol or find a place to sunbathe on your towel or rest under a tree. Near the accomodation there is a grocery store and a bakery, too. The promenade and the town square with a ferris wheel are not far away, too. We had a room with a private bathroom and it was on the ground floor (there are just steps from the street to the entrance). The room was spacious, had a big bed, large wardrobe, air conditioner, TV, fridge... The bathroom was new, very modern, clean, like the rest of the space. The room had a nice terrace with a sea view. On the hallway, there was a small shared kitchen. It had EVERYTHING, oven, freezer, microwave, kettle, and was fully equipped. You can prepare food like you were at home :) At the end of the hallway there was a laundry room with everything you need for free, not even locked. It was very convenient. To sum it up, we had everything we needed, and I honestly recommend this place :)

If I have to point something out it would be the shared bathroom. There can be up to eight people on the floor and there is only one bathroom/wc (in one room) so you cant go to the restrooms when someone is taking a shower. Would be great if these were separate.
