Great location central and out of a noisey spot. Comfortable beds !

It can be a bit loud from the street, but it was not disturbing our sleep - there were good, soundproof windowns.

The location was perfact for enjoying Split. The room was bright and neat.It was kind of her to inform us good local restaurants.

The apartment is very well made up, the bed is cozy and everything was just fine for our needs. The shower was really good and the smart TV (with netflix) was nice too - especially as we had really wet weather during our stay!

My main criticism is that the included breakfast isn't really worth it, you'd be better off paying less for the room and not having it. The cafe serving breakfast felt a bit unclean, we really only went there because of the vouchers. The menu was limited and the coffee is awful. In addition, it is a bit noisy in the area and with the upstairs neighbors, you need earplugs.

It’s a bit difficult to rate Piano Nobile, as my friend and I had two extremely different rooms. Mine was the “studio“ which was quite spacious, with a small kitchen and eating area; my friends “deluxe double“ was tiny. The prices were very similar - only 5 euros/night difference between the two, leading one to assume they were pretty much equivalent. I am attaching the floor plan for the floor the 5 rooms are on, so one can see their different layouts. What both our rooms shared was an extremely noisy outdoor café right below the windows that went on quite late. On the plus side, the rooms were reasonably priced and our host, Ivo, was extremely responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with. It was a short walk to the historic center. And I expect that Room 1 (maybe even room 2?) would be much quieter.

Better soundproof windows would be helpful.

Great location & only a 10 minute walk to the front where all the cafes & bars are located. We opted for breakfast included and the near by Chops & Grill which was a good choice, fresh juices, tea/coffee and a nice selection of meals to get you going in the morning.

WI-Fi security was weak so be prepared with some additional security on your mobile devices. Single chair in the room which meant sitting on the bed but as out exploring most of the day it was only a minor inconvenience.

Perfect location with perfect host. Easy to find place. All markets are just 1 min walk from this place. Our host was kind.

We stayed for several days, so I would have like for someone to come and to clean the room, since I stayed in a room not appartment.

The location of the apartment was fantastic. Very central, with a great bar and a wonderful coffee shop right next door. Although being very central, the room itself was lovely and quiet. The bed. Oh my, that was the most comfortable we have slept in anywhere!

Slightly noisy people in the room above the apartment, but it was just young kids doing what they do.

Absolutely confortable location. Nice interior, stuffed sufficiently and with care. Booked with breakfasts - they were at cozy place the next building, balansed, quick and tasty. Optimum logistics in access to both - business issues and local precious cultural heritage. Wonderful places to eat seafood, fish market, regular local market, water transport and excursions - everything to reach in 5-10 min walk. You need to walk longer if wanna swim, but it's OK to have promenade while on vacation, why not.

However we understand this local territory is a resort, it was noisy enough outside because of crouded bar in front of the window. Closed window wasn't helpful enough, much better - with outer wooden shutters blocked on max.

lovely room, very clean. exceptionally comfortable mattress, great shower. Iva was an excellent host, responded very promptly to any message, met us on arrival and arrange a taxi in departure. The location itself was convenient, very short walk to centre and Riva, 15 minute walk from ferry terminal

There was a little noise from the square outside…not too bad with windows closed, but we chose room with balcony and really could open it. other guest has commented on the great breakfast, no issue to go next door but I would deceive it as average.
