Прежде всего, большое спасибо Эсату за гостеприимство! Очень приятный человек, располагающий и максимально душевный. Нас все устроило. Большая квартира (снимали втроем, у каждого был уголок для уединения), оборудована всем для проживания. Кухня с полным комплектом полуды для приготовления и сервировки. Куча продуктов, оставшихся от предыдущих жильцов (мы тоже оставили, конечно) - сахар, мука, крупы, макароны, чай-кофе. +огромное спасибо за приветственный набор продуктов (есть на фото). Хозяин нас встретил поздно ночью, все пояснил, постоянно был на связи, сообщал о мероприятиях в деревне и в комплексе, а также полезную информацию (отключени света и тд). Выезжали самостоятельно, оставили ключи в двери.

НЕ не понравилось, а полезная практическая информация. Комплекс состоит из более чем десятка корпусов. Корпус 3 этажа, на этаже по 4 квартиры. у каждой квартиры балкон, на 1 этаже терраса. Данные апартаменты находятся на первом этаже, что плюс, кругом кустарники и можно спрятаться от жары. Комплекс находится в отдалении от всего. До ближайшего магазина 10-15 минут пешком (есть минимальный набор продуктов, но на большой закуп типа мяса и тд не годится), есть 2 ресторана в пешей доступности (цены терпимые, порции огромные). Территория комплекса закрытая, бассейн хороший и чистый. Есть спортивный зал и спа с закрытым бассейном. Общее впечатление от комплекса - он сильно устал и ему требуется внимание и ремонт. Жителей минимальное количество. В конце августа-начале сентября такое ощущение, что жило по 1-3 квартиры на корпус. До любого крупного города (Гирне, Фамагуста) - 1-1,2 часа на машине. Пляж - грязный, его не чистят (потому что общественный, видимо), полный ассортимент от бутылок и пакетов, до обуви и крышек от сантехники. Само море отличное, чистое. Волны нет только утром. К обеду поднимается ветер, к вечеру это уже ооочень сильный ветер и большие волны. Мы в уединении и отдалении от всего смогли протянуть 2 дня, потом взяли машину и поехали кататься по острову. О том, что жили в данных апартаментах не пожалели - наличие бассейна, большая площадь апартаментов и первая линия моря - однозначный плюс. В крупных городах за такую цену найти было ничего нереально.

Breakfast basket was absolutely amazing and wonderful surprise as we were stressing about finding a shop to get basic milk and bread when we arrived late in evening.

Generally we were very happy with the apartment. It was clean and comfortable though if pressed for further feedback, I would say small parts of kitchen had build up of sticky residue that happens over time which could do with cleaning off.

The host was the most helpful person ever. Very nice and polite and checking on us almost every day. Resolved a small issue we had immediately.

We had a couple of fairly noisy neighbours across the road from us keeping us away at 3am but that's not the fault of the property just a bad luck :D

The management of the place was very good.

Mr. Esat Tulek went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I have been to hundreds of Booking.com and Airbnb accomodations, and he is by far the best host I have every had. Esat has been formidable in every way. He contacted us long before our travel to provide all kinds of information and tips. He met us at the border between the two Cyprus to help with cross over, had purchases two simcards for us, he had filled the refrigerator with fruits, bread, drinks, a big gallon of water. He had provided olive oil, honey, tea, coffee, and many other items. He was quick in responding to our inquiries, and voluntarily provided all kinds of useful information. He offered to give us a tour of the old part of Nicosia (which was really nice). On another day, he took us to a tour of an orchard and an old village and surroundings of Gazeveren. We purchased from him honey form his own hives and he gave us extra discount on an already low price and two jars of honey free. He brought us figs from his own orchard. The list just goes on and on. Esat is a real gentleman. We are so pleased to have met him and we hope he will visit us in Holland.

Everything was fine.

Nice resort and not overly busy. Great pool for the kids.

Downside of the apartment was one shower room for 5 people. Sadly nothing the host can do but something we should bear in mind when booking.

The host is very very helpful. He always answered all our questions even in the night. He offered us a ride to the supermarket and drove us personnaly to güzelyurt to pick up our car, which he organized for us. He even offered us a trip to nicosia. He did everything to make us feel comfortable. Thanks a lot!!!
