The location close to Reducto beach, walking distance from the best restaurants, amazing views from a well equipped comfortable and modern apartment.

Fantastic apartment with a great location, equipped with everything you need. great contact with the owners who are lovely and very helpful people.

The apartment has a perfect location. There is a private terrace with sea view, with a couch and table to just relax in the sun. The apartment has a well furnished living room with a smart TV, a couch and chairs. The apartment has a very nice view from the living room, and is well lit. There is an extra bedroom next to the terrace.

The host was not very communicative. We only received the check-in instructions (regarding the key handover etc) one night before we arrived, after repeated requests to provide them. The water in the apartment building stopped working one morning (possibly due to an emptied overhead tank), but it was fixed in a couple of hours.

I really loved the apartment. Spotless clean, lots of space, nice little details in the design. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The bus station is literally a minute away, so it's really convenient if you don't drive. The beach and beautiful promenade are just in front of the building. The view from the terrace and living room is just stunning! You feel like you're on top of the world. Also Carlos was very helpful, thanks a lot!

Pillows were a bit too hard for me, but I guess that's subjective.

We were very happy with our stay here with Carlos & Micaela. The property was perfect, and the location was even better. The WiFi was far better than we get at home and if you need TV, the cable system had a huge selection of channels including movies. With a bit of tweaking we got films in English rather than Spanish. Arrecife is far better than "the resorts" for us - they're all walkable along the beach should you wish anyway.

Not much. Kitchen was tight for two cooks but that just meant I could concentrate on serving the wine!

Very comfortable and homely, lovely views and good location for getting around the island. Hosts were very accommodating for additional requests.

There were a couple of hiccups in terms of cleanliness and bathroom - but the hosts were very communicative and swift at sorting it out promptly.
