Absolutely amazing, we travelled to many places and we have to really think to find a better one that this Borgo del Cabreo.
Quiet, not overcrowded, but you have the village very close to in case you want more activities to do.
Overall excellent quality, clean.
You have in a reasonable reach by car many places such as Firenze, Siena, San Gimignano,…
To sum up, a true gem which we would try to come back at the next opportunity when we are in Italy.

EVERYTHING. We had the absolute best stay, and we didnt want to leave.
Everything was perfect from our arrival to our departure.
We were greated by Michele who was just so welcoming and nice. The property is stunning and breathtaking.
The room was everything we could ever hope for and more.
We were welcomed with a glass of wine at La
Pietra (the stay’s restaurant) and we had one of the best meals of our life with a fantastic server.
The breakfast had so many options and was fresh and delicious.
Truly unforgettable experience and we hope to visit again. I could not recommend this place enough, it is perfection.

Amazing location, stunning view, amazing staff, wonderful breakfast with plenty of options, fresh fruit and great cappuccino, all and all the best accommodation I've ever stayed at, if you want an exceptional experience in Chianti this is the place for you, couldn't be happier with anything, everything was perfect !!!

The room we booked was so much better than what we had expected! Good service, Matteo was really helpful with everything. Breakfast was yummy - would love to come back here again someday! Thanks for making our stay worthwhile. 😄

We had a lovely stay here. We drove from another part of Tuscany and found no issues with the spacious and easy parking in the ground. Our room was very spacious and clean and had a lovely little outdoor seating area to relax in. The staff were very helpful and welcoming with thoughtful touches on check in like a bottle of wine from their vineyards. We did not use the pool however, the pool area had a lovely view. Breakfast was substantial and again, a lovely setting. The grounds were clearly meticulously kept and very pleasing. We did eat at the restaurant at their sister hotel - the food was high quality, the service - absolutely outstanding!! We did find the room a little hot without the AC but this was minor. The town of Grieve has a number of restaurants and is very close - very walkable and the surrounds of chianti are beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay

We loved the superb setting & immaculate gardens. our room was roomy & comfortable & we loved our private terrace. Breakfast was lovely with a wide range of choices. Wonderful attention to detail down to the beautiful toiletries & bottled water provided. Staff were extremely helpful.

Everything is perfect with this place.
The location is stunning, the staff are friendly, the room is fantastic and clean, the breakfast is very good and the whole Cabreo estate is immaculate. We recommend the place to everyone
The weather, our second visit to the Borgo and it has been thunderstorms both times unfortunately - but this makes beautiful low cloud scenes over the hills to enjoy from the terrace

we were so fortunate to receive the most incredible upgrade during our stay — it truly was a highlight of our honeymoon. such an amazing value and location, and the staff so helpful. have already recommended to all family and friends. we will be back!!!

Amazing breakfast, friendly staff, nice room accommodations and beautiful pool area. Cannot beat the views.
Staff could have been a little more helpful in setting up transportation for us. They appear to work with only one private transfer service which makes it difficult to nail down service. Not many options around town so this made some aspects a little difficult. Also, would have liked a better view from our balcony without much obstruction but not many of these rooms exist. The hotel is also very high up full from town, making it very tiring walking to and from town.

Perfect location surrounded by the Tuscan vineyards and hills. Very peaceful and quiet during the day and night. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Good size rooms and very nice countryside breakfast. Very clean and enjoyable experience

The peacefulness and superb surroundings. Delightful staff and delicious breakfast. The walks, although steep at times, beautiful.
The air conditioning could not be turned off but we found a way around that. Pillows are exceptionally hard. Variety of pillows from soft and fluffy to hard maybe a good idea. Pity the restaurant is not located on the property, one either has to walk up a reasonably sloped hill or take car.
Also a car is it necessity to go down to the village, although we did walk. But for older clientele it should be noted the walk down and up is extraordinarily steep.

A truly great stay in a wonderful property. The staff is amazing, the location in the Chianti region is on point (the hotel is located on top of a hill overlooking the surrounding vineyards, just 3min away from the center of Grève in Chianti). The pool is properly equipped with 2 armchairs per room (and therefore always accessible). The breakfast is of very good value and served on a beautiful terrasse. The restaurant of the hotel is great, and of semi-gastronomic price range.
We visited and stayed with our 11-months old daughter. The staff did everything possible to accommodate our stay as much as possible to her presence with us.
Nothing to add, would definitely be back if we revisit Tuscany!

Amazing place! Stunning views, excellent pool, large spacious rooms, even a fabulous welcome drink. Couldn’t fault it. Great location just 15 mins into town.

This place has it all! From its amazing location, magnificent views, beautiful rooms, and delicious healthy breakfast to nice and friendly stuff. To sum it up - it's heaven on earth! Definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to switch off from their lives and enjoy some peace and relaxation time. I am counting the days for my next visit :)

everything was absolutely perfect! we had an upgrade in our room which had an excellent view! The staff is amazing, breakfast was delicious. surely the best place to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary! The best stay in Italy
