Apartment located near the Old Town. The apartment was perfect, clean, warm, comfortable. TV and Wi-Fi - perfect. Recommended.

Spacious and very comfortable apartment with beautiful wooden interior, with superb location just right next to Old Town, restaurants, shops and city center. Free parking near the house. Very quite surroundings. We were able to cook our dinner in fully equipped kitchen (cooktop, stove, fridge, coffee machine, dish washer etc.). Very kind host. My family enjoyed the staying and we would definitely recommend this place to others and would return here as well!

Not a very big deal, but there could be more lightning available in the kitchen, only one lamp from three was working. But at least cooking hob light helped to solve this. One more fork in kitchen utensil set would be a nice addition. Otherwise hard to find anything else that I could complain about. :)

Comfortable bed, kitchenette, big TV with YouTube and Netflix, beautiful interior.

It will be good to add some more glasses in the kitchen and shelves in the bathroom.

Great place to stay, if you want to see Tartu by foot. the city attraction begins right as you step foot outside the apartment. Apartment itself was clean in great condition, and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Towels and bedding apparels was as much as needed.

The location and the room were great. Has everything u need and more. Will definitely visit again :)

I liked two things - the proximity to all the attractions and the comfortable main bed.

I must admit that I have a problem with Booking itself, which groups photos of different apartments/rooms rented by the same host. Through my inattention, I chose the room that turned out to be the smallest one on offer and it is not a room where 4 people can comfortably stay. The host is fond of the word luxury, but this place had little to do with luxury, as a few new things from Ikea do not make a place luxurious. There was a lack of a place to prepare a meal (tiny kitchen worktop), there was a lack of a sharp knife, there was a lack of a dish dryer, there was a lack of a clothes dryer (the washing machine was therefore useless), there was a lack of a radiator to hang wet towels in the bathroom. The washbasin in the bathroom is microscopic (this is the model you use in small WCs). This makes it hard to wash your face in it, or shave dry without leaving your hair on the floor. When we entered the room for the first time, we were greeted by a not very pleasant stuffiness (I recommend ventilating the room and leaving the windows open). Unfortunately, the room has windows on one side, which makes air circulation difficult, especially when you close the windows at night to reduce the noise. And it can be quite noisy at night... During our stay the music from a nearby club was perfectly audible until 3 AM. The last unpleasant thing was the towels, which started to smell bad after the first wipe down. This is probably due to improper drying (and possible low temperature washing). Perhaps not unpleasant but certainly strange was the host's behaviour regarding free parking. In theory the room was supposed to have a free parking space in the courtyard. The host first directed us to this space and then informed us that it would be better if we parked in the street, as this space belonged to a neighbour. It's a good thing that parking on the street is free at weekends, which is as advertised. Luxury.

Really nice apartment. The location is excellent almost in the heart of the city. Good place for couple nights' stay at Tartu.

Only one thing caused problems during our stay. To keep the sun out from the apartment during night times. Would be nice if there was some kind of dimming curtains to be able to sleep in the dark. We solved this with towels and pillows.

property was in great location, very easy comunnication with owner. Perfect place to stay if you want enjoy Tartu center… Recommend

Location was perfect in the city center. Parking in safe inner yard.

dishess were not clean so we end up washing them before use. washing machine smelled bad so washed that too twice to get smell away but still did not want to use that. Floors were also not so clean.

Nice place in the center of town.
