SERENITY MODERN RENOVATED BEAUTIFUL BUNGALOW- in OLD TOWNE w Hot tub
Este hermoso bungalow moderno de concepto abierto ubicado en un hermoso y antiguo vecindario de Towne es perfecto para parejas, familias o grupos pequeños que desean disfrutar de estar en Old Towne Niagara en el lago, Shaw. Las bodegas, los hermosos senderos para andar en bicicleta y caminar y quizás hacer una excursión de un día a las cataratas o al casino.
Nuestra casa súper agradable y linda está completamente renovada con pisos de madera nuevos, una cocina de concepto abierto, isla, área de comedor y una terraza trasera para barbacoa y una copa de vino. El dormitorio principal es mi favorito y le encantará la sala de estar de la mañana o de la tarde. Los comentarios comentaron sobre lo bueno que es, la ubicación y súper limpio. Estamos comprometidos con la calidad. Tenemos excelentes críticas y estamos comprometidos con su estadía en A ++.
Disfrute de un corto paseo hasta el pueblo, restaurantes, tiendas. También quizás disfrute de un spa de día cerca, un paseo en bicicleta, golf y los tours de vinos.

Fantastic stay, the property is lovely, the jacuzzi was an absolute bonus and the peace of mind of having a secure, fully fenced property, was amazing. I can honestly say, I feel our dogs had just as much fun as us humans did!!

A lovely, comfortable home that was a short drive to Old Town, wineries and the Shaw Festival. Kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. All beds were comfortable. Open concept in LR, DR and kitchen. We enjoyed sitting in LR and catching up with one another. Did not use the hot tub because the weather was so hot, in the 90’s. Nicely furnished. Felt like home for the days we were in NOTL.

Overall the house itself was great! It was clean and looked like the pictures. We were able to bring our dog which was a nice bonus. But please do not get your hopes up or make our mistake and choose this house because of the hot tub. It didn’t work the three nights we were there and we were not told ahead of time. We figured it out when we went to use it and discovered it was ice cold and noticed it had some grass and dirt in it and needed to be cleaned. I was able to report the hot tub issue and get a response, from one of the property managers I believe. Earlier I had reached out to the owner through VRBO to ask if it was possible to check in early and never did hear back. I understand if this wasn’t an option but it would’ve been nice to get a response. Outside of this, the house suited our needs, the neighborhood is lovely, as is the town! Lots to do in and around the town. Wineries, restaurants, very good ice cream, plenty of activities between here and Niagara Falls.

Spotless, roomy, comfortable house in an upscale, very quiet residential neighborhood. Bryan was a great host, supplied lots of extra towels and pillows, and responded quickly to our questions. Location was ideal for us to walk our dog. Fenced back yard was a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay although it’s not exactly walking distance to town which I just took for granted. Water pressure in the second bathroom shower was lacking so all 7 of us were forced to use the master shower.

Clean, bright, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds/linens, inviting open-concept. Bathrooms clean and functional but dated. Beautiful neighbourhood adjacent to olde towne but the property leaves much to desire if you want to spend quality time outside socializing and bbqing. No sun protection to enjoy deck/table and no garden plantings or maintenance. Such a contrast to the obvious effort to provide comfort inside. Some proper wine glasses would also make sense in Niagara on the Lake.

Clean, modern property in a neighborhood lacking charm. It was farther from town than expected. I understood Old Town to be closer to the center, so I was disappointed when it was a 20 minute walk to downtown Niagra-on-the-lake. There was no sponge in the kitchen, and no soap in either shower which was odd. Kitchen was mostly well appointed, though it would be great to add some plastic glasses to bring out to the hot tub!

Celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary here - the weather was beautiful and we enjoyed time in the downtown area as well as a short trip to the falls. Visited the wineries and overall relaxed in the beautiful loop private backyard which accommodated our dog nicely. Would definitely return for another special occasion!

Very nice stay. Kitchen was well equipped. Clean linens and towels. Slightly worn bathroom ( paint scratched prior to our arrival) but overall was fine. We left everything sparkling for next guest.

Bryan has a great property. Decors and amenities were top of the line. Really has thought of everything. Walking distance to all the amazing eateries and historical attractions. Just a few blocks from Queen street. I also would recommend Zoom bike rental a block away next to Tim Horton’s. We rented bikes and road down the river to Winery hop. End to each day was a cocktail in the hot tub. Great big crystal wine glasses to enjoy the fine wines you pick up. Lots of birds frequented the landscape. Beds and linens were very nice. Can’t wait to come back in the summer when it’s warmer.

This is a lovely clean modern house, bryan was a great host and answered my questions within 15 mins. lovely quiet area, everyone i met on the street said hello to me which was nice, close to niagara downtown, will definately stay again.

We spent time at this property as a family to start the holiday season. It was a beautiful home , very clean and wonderfully decorated including a Christmas Tree in the living room! The house was spacious and had everything you would need. The host kept in contact with us leading up to the stay and the check in process was seamless. The property is an east walk to the Main Street where we saw a Christmas Carol at the Shaw Theatre and close to a pub, variety stores etc. We loved walking through the neighbourhood admiring the lights. Thank you to the hosts for a great week !

My friends and I had a great stay here. It's within walking distance of some great restaurants and short drive from the wineries. Check in / check out was super easy and everything was very clean. Highly recommend. Only suggestion would be to take an updated picture of the backyard with the hot tub because we didn't know if it was a typo in the description since it wasn't in the pictures!
