I’d suggest a renovation in public areas with more directions indicating the pool, the beach access, stairs and the breakfast hall.

Location and foods are good, open buffet is very rich you can find you can find every types of meat. Family rooms a bit far from main building but they have 2 bedrooms with big living room.

Unfortunately pool was very dirty because of guests(no one use shower, people are wandering around with bare foot and than jumping to the pool), no one knows how to use pool and there was no rule. When it comes to beach it is another story, beach is public and there are 10-12 sunbeds with fee.

The hotel is not renovated, toailet is catastrophic, too crowded, the staff is not pleasant

Location of the hotel is perfect, you have everything you need within walking distance. I also liked this part of the Gradac much more than the other side with the port. As many reviewers mention, the hotel is old, but I think this was the last season before the renovation and we saw the pictures of the future hotel/rooms look everywhere on the hotel screens. Once the renovation is finished, this place has a huge potential but the price will be probably higher. We didn't mind old furniture or the bathroom. Food was tasty most of the time and the terrace with the view is lovely. Staff is very friendly and they are trying their best.

Cleanliness could have been better. There have been hair all over the carpet in the room, stains on the carpet and linen, bad smell from the toilet. Dirty plates in the dining room. I understand they have been washed in the dishwasher, but most of them didn't feel clean enough. Here I would like to mention, that all members of our family caught bad stomach bug during the stay and we didn't eat elsewhere.

Excellent location. Beach and pool. Good value for money. Good breakfast. Nice staff.
