We liked everything

Good location. Room comfortable

Food was luke warm . No labels to say what the food was. Sunbeds were broken Staff tried to help solve problems but didn't know how to. Activities didn't take place.

Great location.

The ferries were cancelled,the queue was incredibly long, and we were very late. I called the hotel to ckech that there was food available (10.20pm onward), and the person at reception said there would be food available. That was not true. My mattress was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom shower was badly installed and was splashing everywhere, they send us another very cheap shower head . The toilet wasn't cleaned properly,it had staines. The grill of the waste needed a deep clean. Restaurant The food isn't the best. All very salty, dry, or just nor well seasoned. At dinner, they stop supplying water or juices, so you are obliged to purchase those.

Location of the hotel is really amazing, just 10min walk from the old town. The rooms were clean and spacious, breathtaking views. Breakfast was really fantastic, amazing selection of good quality food. But if I would have to highlight only one thing that was really exceptional, it would be the staff. The staff provided really exceptional service that made it feel like a home away from home! We will definitively stay again in this hotel!

If I am really picky, the only thing that we would like to see improved is the breakfast coffee quality. But this was not a big issue for us.

Location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to old town. Beach is in front of a hotel and it’s a nice beach with great beach bar, nice view and it’s not too crowded. Rooms are clean and smell very nice, I wonder what scent they use? We had a balcony and nice sea view. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and there was plenty of food to choose (fish, meat, traditional food, cheese, eggs, fruits, cakes, vegetables…) Dinning area is beautiful and you can have tour dinner or breakfast with a nice view. (Pic attached). Staff is very nice and helpful. We are beyond satisfied

Balcony sea view is great, also the large terrace. Breakfast buffet very good. Rafaela (spelling?) at reception was very nice. We were accidentally double charged, my mistake - pulling card out of machine to early while making payment, and reception helped resolve it few days later. Parking on site

They say they offer room service, and "a la catre" restaurant service from noon until 9pm. We received neither service when requested and had to leave hotel in rain to find a restaurant. Manager apologised, but this still may be a problem for future guests. Also hotel has lots of stairs. We booked a superior suite, and most have a flight of stairs in the room - not in pictures provided. Reception did find us a room all on one level, but still required stairs to reach it - elevator didn't go to that wing.

This hotel is just wow! Really a perfect place to be! Great food, clean, staff was exceptionally helpful, a very large room and a spectacular sea amd port view!

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, the room really surpassed our expectations. The team did everything they could to make sure we had an amazing stay and their little touches made it very special. The facilities are great and we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel.
