Perfekte Lage, super freundliches Personal, gratis Tuk Tuk Shuttle zur Sukhumvit und zum Bumrungrad Hospital. Im Zimmer hat es alles was man braucht.
Nachts doch ein wenig lärmig von den Live Clubs gegenüber.

Noise from bar next door, was aware of it when first in bed, managed to sleep though so a minor glitch, in a room opposite lift 2nd floor, no noise from lift, ask for room same side of lift and towards back of property to be away from bar next door

All of the FEMALE staff employees including check in counter agents and housekeeping were pleasant, welcoming, caring and attentive.
Though no fault of the hotel, the noise from nearby open air club bars that played music loudly past 2am. Also, the associated restaurant’s menu does not have traditional breakfast food on the menu and only 2-3 Thai food/dishes.

Room space is large for a small family. A kitchenette has provided with a fridge, toaster, electric kettle and induction hob. Bed is comfortable with extra pillow which stored in the wardrobe. Ironing board, hair dryer and umbrella also can be found in the room.
Water heater temperature unstable and if you can stand with noise outside the hotel as there are a lot of pubs and night clubs in this area.

the property was misrepresented - it claims to have a breakfast restaurant, however you are required to go to a different hotel to eat - inconvenient with little children.

everything great and great value for the money. cleaning maid best in Town. staff in reception very nice. the only thing wich is NOT a problem but little small rooms but totaly accepteble.

Location and facilities were very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room/apartment included all necessary facilities. It was cleaned every day and new towels were provided. 2 bottles of water and coffee making requirements were provided for free every day. Good and prompt laundry service available.
The only negative factor was that the room was quite dark due to its location on the 2nd floor. I spoke to the staff about this, and they said that the 7th and 8th floors would be better for this aspect.
I wish I had been informed about this in advance and given an opportunity to request one of these rooms.
