Good location, clean rooms and nice staff but NOT well sound-proofed.

Great location, very very friendly and helpful staff with a 24/7 reception. I had to adjust my booking via email and every time I had contact with the staff whether email or in person they were kind and helped me. The room was well done, clean and modern. Everything worked and the hot water and water pressure in the shower were excellent! There was lots of shelving to lay my things out too.

The breakfast options were a bit small - a croissant with choice of marmalade, chocolate spread or cheese - I hoped for some fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs or cereal. But the coffee was very nice and there’s a supermarket around the corner where you can get things. There are some guests who smoke out of their window, so I did not like the smell coming into my room even with the window closed.

Thin mattress and pillows and walls. Construction on building next door. Started early. As did maid noise. And guest noise.

The room was very clean everyday. The staff is friendly they helped us call a taxi daily. The beds have great comfort. The location is close to the airport.

We could not sleep well because of the noise from the reception door and guest doors. In the early morning and late night there was a lot of noise outside the hotel on the street from people.

It was spotlessly clean. Better than many 4* hotels I have stayed in. The staff were beyond exceptional, nothing was ever a problem. From checking in to leaving - when they even organised the taxi. Breakfast was 5* service. The staff came to your chosen table and took the breakfast order of your choice and service was almost immediate. The only thing that puzzles me, is why has this lovely place only 1* rated !.

Our second stay. Hotel looked after our bags while we walked the Cami da Cavalls. Great, friendly staff and nice bar with reasonable prices Quiet area no car noise. My first choice when in Mahon.

After the huge apartment rooms of the package holiday hotels room we had stayed in it felt a bit cramped coming back. In reality good size room for city centre

amazing decor, clean, spacious and so beautiful. even shampoo, toothbrush and comb provided. amazing bathroom with lovely shower. bed was so comfortable. easily the best hotel i have ever stayed in. also thank you to the older gentleman who checked us in. he spoke little english but was so helpful and clear. thank you so much!!
