Reasonably clean. Reasonably central. Not fantastic. Mostly quiet, but if neighbouring rooms were moving around / opening & shutting doors, then highly audible.

No hot breakfast, only cold ‘buffet’ - cereal and toast. Very poor selection. There was no information booklet in the room, which was on the second floor (in the attic) so lots of going up & down stairs. Chilly until I worked out the radiator - hosts could have turned heating on to take chill off before I arrived. The water flow to toilet and basin was dreadful unless I turned the ‘shower booster’ on. Water draining from shower ‘burped’ in the shower & was a bit smelly.

This place is amazing. I thought it will be just ok, but it was very clean, quiet, comfortable and the room was very spacious! The towels smelled very nice which gives an extra sense of cleanliness. If they add a microwave to the room, you can basically live there if you want!

Being a house, the walls are not sound proof and you can hear the noise from other guests specially at night. As the place is already quiet, it can be a problem. Some soft drinks in the minibar would be nice as well especially if you are checking in late and do not want to go out again.

It was clean enough, and for what we needed it for it was fine , ie Lingfield races 10 mins away.

Couldn't get in at agreed check in time. Had to wait outside 15 mins.

it was plaeasant house with friendly owners in a good position

several small things - the TV picture did not fit the TV - the cold water ran very slowly , the basin cleared very slowly. the bed was much to low. I booked breakfast at 9 and although I was told it was 35 minutes after that and then it was only wam and not freshl.y cooked.

Lovely warm , friendly accommodation . Room was very clean and spacious had everything you needed. Brian could not do enough for you . Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from .
