Obiekt bardzo dobrze usytuowany. Wspaniała obsługa ,która w każdej chwili pomoże, doradzi i pokieruje. Pan Paweł przesympatyczny człowiek i reszta obsługi też :) Pokój czysty i nic nam nie brakowało. Pozdrawiam

Obiekt przewyższył moje oczekiwania! Pokój super, lepiej niż na zdjęciach! Fajnie, że jest mini kuchnio-jadalania z której można korzystać!

The staff were very helpful. The facility was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was a great start to the day (+10 euros). The location was also great having 3 cafes across the street from the hotel. Bruck is a great location for investigating the Alpine mountains.

One single bed was placed in a very small room that you cannot even stand beside the bed
There was water blockage while taking bath, so we have to take bath slowly

the staff were great and very supportive and responsive , I'd like to thank them for their hospitality and their welcoming , the room was perferct and the view as well
lack of towels there were couple of smelly towels and I've requested for 2 more but the staff maybe got busy and forgot

Loved the location. The breakfast was awesome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy. We were very comfortable in general here. We will definitely recommend them to anyone traveling to the area.
A few extra towels would have been nice but definitely not totally necessary.

The stuff was very friendly and kind, the room very big and comfortable and was renovated with new furniture and facilities of high quality, there was a place to park your car. There was a really good view from the balcony
There was no warm water after 9 pm, there was a lot of warm water in the morning the next day. The breakfast was a bit disappointing.

A lovely place to stay. The bed was very comfy and room came with balcony overlooking river. Shared toilet was clean and the hosts were really friendly. A coffee, pastry and bread were provided in the morning despite my booking not including breakfast which was most appreciated!
Shared shower was on the floor below.

Everything I hoped for from such a place for a few days winter holiday. Great location by the river, near sufficiently well served Bruck-Fusch railway station, and with a bus stop outside too - so no car or taxi needed. Plus friendly customer service too.
When I was there, they were waiting for the electrician to return to finish fitting an extractor fan in the shower. But it was actually fine without it!

The price of around 60€ a night is incomparable with anything in the area. The hotel is clean and rooms have a nice terrace.
You can park in front of the bank on the corner. Also the kebab they do next doors is pretty nice.
It'd be convenient if they had a room for your skiing hardware.

The service was outstanding. Owners super helpful with local knowledge and even gave us help with carrying luggage upstairs. Very responsive to our needs. Excellent breakfast.

No ventilation, awful smell, desgusting shower courtain, short, so after shower there's water all over the floor.
