Lovely villa just far enough out to be peaceful but close enough to walk to the shops and bars within 20 mins. The villa was spotless, Andrew is easy to deal with and very accommodating. The welcome pack, beach towels, toiletries, hair dryer and an iron that actually works are a nice touch. We will be visiting again!

The villa was very well equipped & clean. Everything that you could possibly need has been thought of. Our Christmas stay was perfect, the best holiday that we have had. The Pool is a perfect temperature and very well maintained. The location is ideal, we did not hire a car on this occasion but found everything that we needed within easy walking distance. Playa Blanca is so beautiful, this is our first visit to the location after staying in many other places in Lanzarote over the years. Playa Blanca has become a firm favourite, we intend to return soon. I have no hesitation in giving the villa, hosts and location 5 Stars. Thank you both for a lovely stay at your villa xx

Ideal location away from centre or supermarket which are only a 20 minute walk away. Pool well maintained and villa does the job perfectly. Would have no hesitation in returning.

What an amazing property. We felt it was even better that the description and photos. From our initial contact with Andrew and throughout our stay, his communication was 1st class, top customer service. Our holiday villa was certainly home from home. Everything you want to enjoy your holiday. The pool, parking and privacy of the plot made it very easy to kick back and relax. We couldn't fault anything about the villa. We will certainly be booking this villa again next year. Already looking forward to it.

Lovely little villa that’s spotless with everything you need and a lovely welcome pack , in a very quiet area .15/20 min walk to centre or cabs that are inexpensive . The villa was perfect, Andrew was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us around. The villa was spotlessly clean and beach towels were also provided. The location was great which was about 10/15 minutes walk maximum to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here.

An attractive and comfortable holiday property, well-equipped, scrupulously clean and with a generous welcome package. Good design ensures a lot is fitted into a compact space without ever feeling cramped. The pool is a treat. Andrew was very helpful indeed, responding quickly to any questions with clear and practical advice or suggestions and is clearly a very organised and experienced host. Would not hesitate to recommend highly.

This property was like at home (Nothing was missing ) but with the swimming pool and near the beach in addition !!! We spent a great week. Thank you to Andrew who is very kind and arranging.

What a great find - a lovely small villa with its own pool, perfect for our short stay. Location: Walkable (20 mins) to sea front bars and restaurants (although we did drive to SuperDino a few times). Layout: So nice to have an actual double bed (rather than that awful hotel trick of pushing two singles together). Good size rooms and space outside. Pool: Good size, very easy to get the cover on and off. Also nice touches like food welcome pack, soap, loo roll, cleaning supplies etc. and pool towels make all the difference. One minor item of pedantry (for which I can't take any stars off) - would prefer black-out curtains in the bedroom so we can have a lie-in. Highly recommended.

A beautiful property that lives up to its fantastic reviews. Very clean and welcoming, with a lovely outside area for us to either sit by the pool or more sheltered at the outside table and chairs. Inside there is plenty of storage space in the two bedrooms and bathroom. All rooms were very comfortable. Our communication with Andrew was great both before we went and also during our stay if we needed to ask anything. Little extra touches also made such a difference, such as a few provisions for us when we arrived (this was very welcomed especially when arriving in the evening after a long day), and beach towels for our use. We would definitely recommend this property and had a wonderful holiday

This one level villa was just perfect for us spotlessly clean and well maintained. There was a lovely welcome pack which was very much appreciated the beautiful garden with the heated pool was just wonderful. It's a very quiet location just the birds singing a 15-20 minute down hill walk to the seafront with the numerous bars and restaurants and supermarkets. We would walk down and then get a taxi back for between 3.5 and 4 euros as my husband had a bad back. Andrew left a=us a message to let us know the property was ready early and then came by to check everything was ok. We would have no hesitation on recommending this property and would certainly use it again when we come back to Lanzarote

A superb villa. Clean and tidy. Attention to detail! Thoughtful welcome basket which is much appreciated when you arrive late. Provision of enough towels for the bathroom and pool. Nice to have a blanket for watching tv In the evening and for the bed in the ‘colder’ months here. Kitchen well equipped and perfect for days / nights to self cater. Clean bedding and towels provided after the first weeks stay and pool maintenance undertaken. Although we found the pool very clean and warm already. Excellent communication with host who was very friendly and helpful. We loved the peace and quiet and privacy of the villa. It would be useful to have a car but not a problem to walk 15-20 mins to town and get a taxi back with shopping for 4 euros. I can’t find anything negative to say and really enjoyed the stay.

Easy… is what sums up Andrew’s villa. It has everything you need, and nothing you don’t, to simply arrive and get on with the important business of enjoying a great holiday. There is no over-personalised decor or unnecessary clutter, just ample space to put or store your stuff and to move around. It has every utensil, appliance and service most people would need. Everything is of good quality, everything is clean and everything works. The pool is the highlight which continues to draw us back. It’s a decent size that you can actually swim in, is well maintained and, best of all, kept at a consistent nice temperature. Whatever time of year, and even if the weather is not as hoped, it is inviting enough to actually spend time in rather than just brave the odd dip. Andrew is the perfect host. You will most likely never meet him and yet his communication and the information he provides is excellent from first enquiry right through to until after you leave. He responds to messages immediately, is available to help with any emergency and adds some very thoughtful and welcoming touches.

Everything was thought through for our stay and our villa was clean with everything we could possibly have needed including a hairdryer. Welcome pack on arrival with wine as well as essentials and any questions Andrew was very efficient in answering and support. Lovely pool and sunbeds to relax the day away. Must have a car as a walk to restaurants bars shops and a beach. Great bolt hole and we had a very relaxed week.

We have had a wonderful week in this lovely villa. The pool was warm and just the right size. We like to walk and the distance down to the promenade and restaurants was perfect. Andrew's communication was great. The accomodation was lovely and clean, excellent welcome basket and lovely little touches made the villa so welcoming. For a couple I can't recommend it more highly.

This is a perfect villa for a base to explore or to chill out.It is about a 15 min walk to shops and restaurants ,a taxi back will cost you 5 euros .The pool is brilliant and can’t thank Andrew and John enough comm great

Fabulous 1st class villa with private pool. A top end very well appointed property with everything you could possibly need for a fabulous holiday. Very private, quiet and secure but within easy reach of the town with ample restaurants, bars and shops. The villa has its own parking , private pool and shaded terrace area with lovely furniture and comfy sun-loungers. Inside it is well appointed with very comfortable bed and pristine bed linen. The villa is about 20 minutes or so walking from the town and a further 20 minutes from the Marina area. We had a car to travel further around the island but you can manage without. Andrew the owner was very friendly, helpful and quick to answer any questions prior to booking and was very accommodating with a late departure. We would definitely recommend this villa and look forward to returning next year

Lovely property which is in a quiet area just 15 minutes walk from the harbour / beach front / restaurants. It's a great base from which to explore Lanzarote especially if you have a car to see the rest of the island. The pool is great to come back to especially if you have had a day at the beach. Andrew was always helpful as a host and very responsive to any queries.

From start to finish this place is great. The booking was brilliant, immediate and continuous Comms from the owner - he was really responsive. The Villa is a lovely place, perfect for a small family like ours and within striking distance of Playa Blanca, Playa Flamingo and Playa Dorada. We absolutely loved our stay and.have already recommended it to anyone who will listen.

Andrew is a great host and very helpful and responsive. Villa was clean and comfortable and located in a quiet residential area with a short walk (10/15 minutes) to supermarket and restaurants in Playa Blanca. The villa was clean and had all the amenities we needed, plus a very nice welcome pack. The pool was lovely with a pleasant seating and table area plus plenty of room for sun loungers. There are plenty of good restaurants in Playa Blanca and Rubicon marina (a further 15 minutes). We either walked or picked up a scooter (download app and off you go). Very enjoyable holiday, will definitely return.

Second visit to Andrews Villa, good clean villa 15 mins walk down hill to port area via new tennis court walk wat beside the Elba Hotel. All good with villa, pool clean, good outside area, local area quiet, good to see some old faces in the restaurant's around town, all in all great villa well recommended.

Comfortable, lovely heated pool

Andrew is a superb host. Communication before our visit was excellent. Andrew was very helpful and responsive. The villa is small (2 bedrooms. 1 bathroom) but was perfect for our needs. The villa was clean and comfortable, with a lovely outside area with 4 sun loungers. The pool was heated - not hot, but just enough to take the cold edge off. Andrew popped round once during the week to say hello and clean the pool and top up the chemicals. Andrew provided a wonderful welcome hamper including coffee, milk, biscuits, wine, etc. There was also shower gel and toilet paper. So we didn’t need to dash off to the shops the minute we arrived. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided - from bottle opener to bbq utensils and everything in between. The only item we found we could have done with that wasn’t in the kitchen was a sieve to drain our rice. The villa is about a 15 minute walk to the beach - situated roughly half way between Playa Blanca central and Playa Flamingo. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to Playa Dorada and about 30 minutes to walk to the Marina Rubicon. We didn’t hire a car, and instead caught the public bus (number 161) from the airport direct to Playa Blanca - cost €3.20 per person - then caught a taxi to the villa. Most days we walked to our destination and then caught a taxi back. Taxi’s cost around £4 per journey in/around town. It’s easy to simply flag a taxi down in the street, or there are a few taxi ranks dotted around the town. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and thank Andrew for his kind hospitality. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Playa Blanca.

Stayed here for seven nights and everything was great. The villa was very clean and tidy, has everything you need and is in a great location. 10 min walk into Playa Blanca. The villa is in a very quiet and peaceful area and the heated pool was fantastic. We will definitely book again without hesitation.

We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids) at this villa. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival. The refreshments left were much appreciated as we arrived after all the shops had closed. The villa had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was clean, warm and lots of fun. The area is nice and quiet & we have all come home well rested after a very relaxing break. Correspondence with Andrew has been brilliant and nothing too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great experience. Andrew was really easy to contact and even popped in to check all was OK when we arrived. Nice basket of goodies in the kitchen. Villa is lovely and in a great, quiet location. Very comfortable bed. The pool is the best bit, really warm! Nice shaded area to sit and eat. Only thing I would say, if you are arthritic oldies like us you will probably want to drive down to shops and the beach, but it’s only a few mins in car so not a problem! The young and fit would walk it in about 15 mins I would think. Overall, a brilliant spot and would definitely book again.
