Do not be lied too about how well the facilities work. Because they do not at all. Be prepared to endure brutal heat in your room and the owners solution is to “leave your window open” Not to mention it took 3 hours of us going back and forth to the hotel (DURING OUR CHECKIN TIME) because someone decided not to show up and open his hotel until 6pm at night. Absolutely the most ridiculous experience I’ve had in a hotel ever. Consider it more a hostel than a hotel. Bring your own fan. And be prepared to check in whenever the owner decides he feels like it. There’s 0 hotel staff except this one guy who pretty much comes and goes at his leisure. Save yourself the trouble and stay at a REAL hotel

Warm welcome, very nice and helpful staff, lovely breakfast in cosy surroundings. Room and bathroom was very nice.

The view, terrace and sun beds looked much better in the pictures. I think we were shown pictures from the upstairs rooms and got a ground floor room.

it’s not thoroughly cleaned every day and the no one is at the bar after 9pm

beautiful property and fantastic location in one of the best parts of the Costa Brava.

They had problems with the water pressure and temperature, so the showers didn't work properly.

Fantastic sea view, warm welcome and very good facilities. The terrasse is amazing, staff very friendly and the room impeccable. Great experience in a beautiful location!

We liked the views, the location, the nature surrounding the hotel, the design of the property, the room was spacious, clean and very nicely designed 👌, a breakfast was also v yummy 👍👍

The shower water temperature was lukewarm unluckily. The room temperature was a bit cold... We had trouble getting the room to be warm using the heating system.

The hospitality was 5+ stars - outstanding. We mainly saw Maria and Chavy during our stay. They did everything - check-in, cooking, barista and bartender. We will be back!

Bed was not that wide, room little tiny

Great location, easy to find. Parking for at least 5 cars available and free - the hotel is small so we never had an issue with parking. The room was very comfortable- good bed, nice private balcony. Sparkling clean facilities. Very nice pool area to chill for a few hours. Very friendly and helpful staff!

First day we took full breakfast (eggs etc) and it took quite long (30-45mins wait) … But next days we were taking only coffee with pastry/yoghurt and it was very quick! The only thing we found a bit strange about the room is glass door and glass walls in the bathroom exposing the toilet completely… maybe worth changing for something non-transparent ;)

The huge room, modern and comfortable

Overall a very good experience. Truly a romantic decor. We took the room with a balcony and it was as advertised. The soundproof door was amazing and made every bit of a difference in the comfort of our sleep. The sunrise was beautifully framed by our balcony. The lady who served us breakfast and dinner was simply delightful, and made sure we were well taken cared of. The location is great, if you have a car.

We had an issue with no hot water in the room. We went to the man in the front desk, Jordi is his name, and explained we were only getting cold water. His initial reaction was not what is expected from an impeccable customer service, having doubted the veracity of our claim. Only 48hours later, when even the kitchen was having issues with hot water, did he accepted that we were right and that indeed there was a malfunctioning on the heating system. The problem was resolved in a matter of hours. Had he conducted a simple test in our room immediately after our initial claim and we would have not had to go 48 hours of cold showers. Afterwards, he was more friendly, but the damage had been done. Lastly, the sheets were not changed once, in a 6 night stay, which for me is not very common.
