The location was good, very central.

No staff upon check in, the staff told us via WhatsApp our room was number 22, therefore we were looking around the apartment block for 10 minutes until we assumed number 2 was ours as there wasn’t a number 22. We asked for an iron the following day as all of our clothes creased in our cases and we was told they didn’t have one for us to use. On our last day we were told we had to pay City tax which was not included when we paid on booking. We wasn’t aware of this and barely had any money left over to pay this as it was the last day. Staff were very persistent on getting this from us.

Good location, very nice apartment, tidy and spacious, bed very comfortable. Easy to find parking on the street in front. Short walk to the harbor where ferries leave to Favignana, and nice walking distance to the main street and good restaurants.

Coffee machine on the corridor was out of water.

Nice place close to port and city center.

There is some noice because hotel in on the main street but for me it's not a big deal.

Great size, all facilities were available. Great location. Vincenzo is a nice guy and very helpful. Loved Trapani. Everything is within walking distance and the food nearby is of a very high standard. Enjoyed my stay

The bed mattress was okay but not super comfortable.

The location was extremely good, very close to the old town and to the harbor and bus station. Our host, Lorenzo, was very friendly and kind, he gave us a lot of useful information and advice on the places worth seeing, good restaurants and reliable car rentals. The room was very comfortable and spacious and we enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend this place to anyone spending the night in Trapani.
