modern, functional and very good location

The apartment was very clean and new, very cozy.

The staff was not very professional. Came to the property an hour late, we had to wait in freezing weather to get our key, although we had done our check-in online to avoid waiting. On the last day the cleaning staff entered the room 10 minutes before 10am (check out time), without even knocking.

Parking place cost extra.

Super clean and comfortable. Great service. We enjoyed stayed at here.

In two weeks of stay, there was Cleaning 1 time and at the same time there were no cleaning tools in the apartment.

I am second time in this apartments and second time everything is perfect. Thank you.

Location

That I was not notified prior to arrival that heavy, loud excavation was starting on Oct 11 and we no longer had a parking lot available throughout my stay. It was difficult at times to find a spot on the street.

due to illness I arrived one day later ( I flag this to the apsrtment) but they charged the full prise altough there was No balcony associated to my apartment Which would be very important for Me.When I send message if posssible to change apartment No response received, they Just simply charged for the full amount. Given these circumstances I would have expect paying less, especially due to illness I arrived later and alone.. I will never return back simply waste of money.. also they were not able to Order parking place despite they stated they have ( under construction Which was flagged after Booking)

Nice and clean room in a nice location with easy parking.

The best place to stay in Villach. The apartments are new , there is everything from equipment and they are worth it for the money. Also the location is excellent . 10/10

Superbly appointed apartment; very close to downtown Villach, yet quiet and calm; very clean apartment and super comfortable bed. Car parking availability. Really all-round comfort.

Lovely room, quiet, comfortable, clean and not far from supermarket & center.

Spacious and modern apartment, kitchen equipped with everything you’ll need, location walking distance from supermarkets (few minutes) and centre (a bit further, but doable). We really enjoyed the balcony. Communication was good as well.

Very close to the city center, very well equipped apartment, Super clean and comfortable, worth to stay, parking at the property premises. We enjoyed our stay even with our little doggy. Recommended!

Beautiful quite location

Really suitable and very well equipped apartments in the quiet center of city. Everything was perfect.

Very clean and comfortable studio apartment a few minutes walk from LKH Villach. Some rooms are even ground level and offer a small patio. A bonus is the free parking lot in front of the house.

My apartment was a large hotel room with a well-outfitted kitchen and patio. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower hot and strong. The location was optimal for me, as the house is next to the hospital, where I was working.
