Todo en general estuvo perfecto. John nos atendió fabulosamente. Cuida todos los detalles para que tengas una agradable estancia en el hotel. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y especiales.

Por poner una pega y no era para nada grave, los nórdicos de la cama nos supusieron muy pesados. Igual todavía no hacía demasiado frío para utilizarlos. Pero en general todo estaba estupendo.

Bijzonder aardig personeel dit zorgt er mede voor om hier terug te komen. Kamer was schoon, goed ontbijt wat werd geserveerd. we werden goed in de watten gelegt.

This hotel is a very cozy hotel in the centre of Busot. It is run by a very friendly and helpful couple and the service is excellent here. You feel extremely welcome, you feel home. We woke up every morning to the fragrance of freshly baked croissants straight out of the oven. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, the bathroom installations are functional and well maintained, the beds are very comfortable and includes a small balcony facing the town hall square. The location is phenomenal right in the city centre and close to the municipal park, lots of activities available, bike rental, jeep renta, padel court etc and great restaurants and bars nearby. There are playgrounds nearby for kids as well. Of course the Canelobre caves are nearby and attract a lot of tourists. There seem to be quite a number of events happening in Busot. During the 2 days we were there we saw several events and concerts take place. Comes highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel with amazingly helpful & friendly staff. The location & comfort of the rooms surpassed our expectations & the atmosphere that the managers/staff created, made our stay in the village even better. I will definately return!!

Mooie kamer met goede bedden, prima werkende mini bar/ijskast en airco. Mooie badkamer. Lekker ontbijt. Uitbaters zijn een fantastisch koppel!! Vullen elkaar volledig aan, en willen alles voor je doen. Zelfs je ergens naar toe voeren. En altijd te vinden voor een praatje of grapje. Wat het meest zal bij blijven is de bulderende en aanstekende lach van de eigenaar!! Van ons verdienen ze gerust een 12 op 10 !!

The rooms were exceptionally designed, the style of the hotel created such a beautiful atmosphere! The beds were incredibly comfortable, everything was super clean, from the rooms down to the reception and breakfast nook. The views are also so calming and refreshing and the town of Busot has so much character and calm, it was such a wonderful getaway! The perfect place if you’re looking for a quiet time disconnected from the chaos of busyness!

Quite, comfortable, relaxing and enjoying stay close to Alicante, the owner was extremely kind and helpful, breakfast was containing only quality products, the croissants were especially good, overall highly recommend !

Although overall the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, the bathroom equipment would be great to receive an upgrade. The room is not very big, but has everything you need, the location is too nice to spend your time indoors.

I loved the personal approach of the owner, Ian. He is the most friendly person you can meet on a holiday trip! Next, the room was impeccably clean, crisp bed sheets and comfy bed mattress!

Lovely stay! Hotel is within an authentic village square and we enjoyed watching the festivities over the Easter weekend from the rooftop terrace. Staff were so friendly and accommodating - big thank you to Stefan for being so understanding about our (very) late arrival. Room was beautiful and a very comfy bed. Breakfast was tasty and we loved waking up to fresh baked croissants delivered to our room door. Would definitely return and missing my morning coffee on the roof terrace already!

A lovely warm greeting when we arrived, the room was lovely and clean. There is a lovely terrace which has great views towards the castle A varied menu that you were given to choose from for breakfast which was very nice and the croissants were some of the best I have ever had

The owner (Stephan) makes sure you enjoy every minute of your stay, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay. The rooms are named, not numbered and are individually decorated to reflect the region its named after, a nice touch. The breakfast is plentiful and the croissants exceptional. Lovely boutique hotel.

Exceptionally warm welcome, and such a lovely place! Everything here is really made with love. High standards in food, drink, and all things of comfort. The breakfast is probably the best I've had anywhere, in big chains or boutique hotels and B&B's. And it was brought to our room door. The attention to detail in this place is something I've not come across before. I could go on but really you have to see for yourself. Skip the boring seaside hotels and come see the mountains!

For those who are sensitive to sound in their sleep, it's good to know the bell in the tower next to the hotel rings regularly until midnight and begins again early in the morning. I wasn't bothered, but bring earplugs if you might be. It was super cold when we visited so the bathroom was chilly. Luckily there was plenty of hot water and otherwise the room had a good temperature.

Beautiful hotel! Very nice location! Welcoming and professional staff! We had a great stay and will certainly book it again if we are back in Busot!

We arrived earlier than expected and were greeted by Stefan, the owner. He went out of his way to make us welcome and explain how to avail ourselves of the facilities as it is a small hotel and the reception does not operate after 8pm. Our room was spacious, clean, well presented and everything appeared new. The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was delivered to our room by prior arrangement and was excellent. The croissants, as Stefan had promised, were very good. Busot is a small town and again Stefan helpfully had a list of restaurant recommendations. We chose the Jouve & Sully in Busot itself and this did not disappoint.
