⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would highly recommend this apartment. It is in the prime location of Naples. Close to all major attractions within walking distance. Main metro lines 1 & 2 are all close by. The accommodation itself, is beautiful. Large open space, spotlessly clean, very secure, everything you need. We stayed in Claudio's apartment for 9 nights and it was perfect. We will now go nowhere else when visiting Naples. Claudio was a great host, he organised our taxis and was very helpful and kind. There are two mini marts and a fantastic pizzeria just up the road within 5minutes of the apartment. Do not hesitate in booking this apartment as you will not be disappointed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The apartment is very charming, clean, airy, and it looks exactly as depicted in the pictures. Above all, it offers an oasis of quietude in heart of the buzzing city, which made our two-months stay feel like a home-away-from-home. Claudio’s lovely apartment is located on the hill of the Rampe Brancaccio, which offers a breathtaking view of the bay of Naples. It is just a 10-minute walk to the seashore, and only a stone’s throw away from Via Filangieri, one of the toniest streets of Chiaia, lined with beautiful architecture and amazing boutiques. From there one can easily walk to Piazza Martiri, an area surrounded by innumerable restaurants, cafés and pastry stores and the stupendous bookstore Feltrinalli. Also within walking distance is the historical Quartieri Spagnoli, where the texture and rhythm of ancient Naples mingles with youthful energy. In short, the location is magnificent! My wife specifically wants to also thank the wonderful Salvatore, the portiere who maintains the building, for being so incredibly attentive and helpful, and with whom she had many delightful conversations. This is an awesome apartment to come back to at the end of a long day of walking around the sights of this fantastic city. It is nicely appointed from the comfortable couches and great artwork to pretty bed linens. We slept great here. Although we didn’t meet personally with Caudio, we found communication with him to be timely and thoughtful. He was also so kind as to welcome us with a nice bottle of wine and a gift of fancy pastries. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Naples! Thank you Claudio! 4 terrific days exploring Naples and this was an excellent location for staying. Nice set up and exactly as described. One heads up...if you have walking issues, this might not be a good place. Lots of steps from the apt to the lower part of Chiaia.

Lovely quiet apartment in Chiaia District. Tastefully decorated. Unfortunately we did not meet Claudio, as he was away. However, communication with Claudio was excellent, from the initial booking right to arranging for a taxi at three in the morning so we could catch the Fuimicino Express bus. We loved our stay in Naples.

Claudio and Fulvia are warm, hospitable hosts. The check-in process to their property was quick and easy. The apartment is well located in the Chiaia district, and is tastefully furnished. The kitchen is also well equipped with tea, coffee, an entire gamut of pots and pans and a few spices. We truly enjoyed living there since it felt like a home away from home, yet was so close to the Tyrrhenian Sea, the Molo Beverello port, restaurants and major shopping - both expensive and inexpensive. Since my husband and I enjoy walking we climbed the 100 steps up to the apartment a couple of times a day. We also walked to the port, and the promenade on the seafront. However, taxis are just a phone call away and will pick up and drop off at your apartment building. They are also very reasonable. August 2019

We could not have asked for a better location. We walked to most of the sights and restaurants, and when we needed a cab, Claudio assisted. In fact, Claudio was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

In a quiet street and portered building, the apartment is clean, well-equipped, comfortably and tastefully furnished. It is handily situated for food shopping ( two supermarkets within easy walking distance), as well as neighbourhood bars and restaurants, and a ten minute walk to the sea front and local metro station with direct connections to the city entre and main railway termini. In short, it offers an ideal base from which to explore Naples and the wider region, and a peaceful oasis to return to in the evening after a day’s sightseeing. Claudio proved a knowledgable, enthusiastic and helpful host, thoughtfully arranging with a neighbour to book us a return airport taxi. Had we encountered any problems, we are sure they would have been dealt with promptly and sympathetically. For a first visit to Naples, this property was an excellent choice, which we would recommend without hesitation.

A great property which was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Great communication from the owner during whole booking process. Warm welcome from key holder upon arrival, who also provided some useful advice about where to go in Naple and how to get around. Apartment is fairly close to metro station (half mile walk) and once you have worked out the right line to jump on is fairly easy to navigate around town and the surrounding area of Pompeii and Versuvious. Apartment is not suitable to park a car (no local spaces) so recommend travellers not to have a hire car - besides the local Naple drivers are quite frankly nut's when it comes to driving - they drive extremely aggressively compared to UK driving conditions. If you are reasonably fit and willing to walk for miles then this is the place for you to stay as the best way to explore Naples is by foot. Only slight negatives for us was the fact that the kitchen did not benefit from a cooker (hob and microwave only - thus restricting you to what you can cook) and that the TV does not have any UK channels (we used an IPad instead in the evenings (good wifi provided). Apart from that, we would thoroughly recommend the apartment to future travellers.

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous and comfortable apartment. It's very close to excellent dining and shopping, and a short walk to the waterfront. Our hosts were communicative and hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I would gladly stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our week in Claudio's apartment. It is spacious, extremely comfortable, and well equipped with everything you might need. The location is good: a pleasant 10-15 minute walk towards the center at Via Toledo down via Mille and Via Chiaia. (Depends how much you are distracted by shops along the way!) The historic center, amidst the hub bub of busy streets, is a sight to behold! We especially enjoyed dining at Trattoria Carmine on Via Tribunali, a very reasonably priced, old fashioned place specializing in traditional Neopolitan dishes...as well as Zi Teresa, by the Castel Ovo on the waterfront...also just a short walk away. Both Stephano and Claudio are very helpful and charming, thank you for your assistance. We would highly recommend this apartment, and look forward to our next stay in Napoli! Michaela and John

A nice spacious one bedroom apartment in Santa Lucia, situated in an apartment block just above Via dei Mille. It is close to both the Amadeo metro (for Garibaldi and Cicumvesuviana), Molo Beverello (for Capri), the seaside, and the funicular to Vomero. It has everything you need, is clean and comfortable. Claudio and Stefano go out of their way to make you feel at home. Groceries are available at several places nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants for eating out. It is a little bit of an uphill walk to reach the apartment, but you can catch a bus if your legs are not up to it. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

"Really lovely home from home; lots of space, cool even in the heat of the day, quiet yet in easy reach of public transport and the rest of the city. lots of nice touches in the flat including games, cds and tourist info, and a well equipped kitchen. Chiaia is also a very good location to be in, with a really nice pizza place just down the road and a daily fruit and veg market just off via carducci with bakers and cheese shops nearby. brilliant place to stay and thanks to Claudio for making it available and Stefano for his help during our stay."

"We (2 persons) have stayed a week in September 2006 in this apartment. We are very positive about this apartment: it is in good shape, it looks good, it's clean, well-furnished, living-room and bedroom are quite big. All the things you may need and expect are available and in good working condition. Also it is in a quiet area, no noise (like traffic etc.) from the outside. The apartment is in a nice part of Napoli. There are shops, restaurants, bars etc. in the vicinity. Furthermore it is close to the city center. Good connections by public transport and also close to the harbour with ferries to Capri and the other islands in the Bay of Naples. Also important to know: the owner and his friend have been very helpful; if you have any questions or problems, they will help and assist you. They speak English and French very well, and Italian of course. "Insomma" - to be short: we have had a pleasant stay in this apartment, which is a good starting point to discover Naples and its surroundings."

This is a great flat for exploring Naples with all the main sites within easy access. We stayed for 2 weeks and the owner was very helpful before and during our trip. It is well-presented and very well-equipped with good shops nearby. It is north-facing which makes it nice and cool in the Summer. It is quiet too despite being so central. The concierge was very welcoming too. We'd certainly use it again.
