Coming from the Southern Africa, the food in Nigeria is totally different but the Chef was able to customize to our liking.

The place did not have an option of paying using a card/PoS, hence were forced to pay in cash.

They gave us a room filled with mosquitoes at first and then when we complained they changed it to another one that was just there… they hotel does not come with breakfast.

The service from the staff was excellent. They listened and proved very helpful and attentive at all points of my time working there. The food from the restaurant was plentiful and delicious too. The entire place was kept very clean and to a very high standard. However... the biggest draw to the hotel was the strong WiFi and it did not disappoint. This might appear a small thing, but the hotel in Lagos don't often have the best WiFi.

There was not enough ventilation in my room.

Customer service was A1, very very very good. Location is great, facilities are in a great state and the room are very good. Wifi was strong and solid everywhere in the hotel, no need to think about it, it was seamless.

The room lacked a window and some natural lighting but made up with good lights and comfortable furniture, other than that everything was perfect.

Nice and beautiful rooms. The guy I met at the front desk on the first day was soo nice and professional,as opposed to all other places I have been in Lagos

Rooms are a bit small and water of all things is freaking expensive lol
