Buena ubicación para lo que necesitaba en ese momento, tuvimos parqueadero seguro
No estuvo limpia la habitación y las sábanas no tenían olor a limpio, pero luego de la queja nos arreglaron la situación !! limpiaron la habitación y las sábanas ya estaban con olor a limpio !!

Quarto e cama é confortável. Cama king muito boa.
Café da manhã servido, portanto sem opções. E o hotel precisa de manutenção, a porta de vidro de correr que dá na varanda está descolada e a cortina está quebrada.

An extremely helpful and friendly service. Always ready to support and to answer any question. Great support of getting a cheaper transport to the airport via a special app and monitoring of best tariffs.
The room was good the bed very confortable but some décoration was missing to turn it a little bit more cosy.

Loved the location for, it’s within driving distance of many restaurants and malls.
Does not match the photos or description. Smells musty and dirty, and did not have a microwave or fresh drinking water is it said it would.

The staff is extremely gentle, they make you feel like home.
The room condition was not like photos, sheets weren't as expected and the view was ruined by an unfinished building.

Great combination of old world architecture with modern additions. Staff was exceptional. Complimentary breakfast was a delicious full meal. Houseman Walter assisted with bags, which was really appreciated. Cristina was a gracious host.

Hotel building was lovely and in a nice part of town, room was huge with a great view of Quito. WiFi strong
Quite loud, you can hear everyone in the hotel from your room.
You have to be buzzed in and out of the building which is a bit inconvenient when there’s no staff around, sometimes we were waiting outside for over 10 mins waiting for someone to let us in.
Building is on a high hill (great views) but difficult walk to and from the hotel so be aware

The staff was friendly and they allowed my friends and I to have separate rooms
Hot watter wasn't working properly, the first day had to shower with cold/ice watter and the other days was just a little warmer. Also there were this tiny beetles on the floor, more than 2 per night.

The cleanliness of the room. Stuff are helpful and make sure my extra request to have late night hot water for tea is delivered in my room.
Walter the stuff is at ur service 24/7....
As the hotel is getting older, it could use some upgrading for example the blinds...the bathroom should have extra shelves to put ur toiletries.
And most importantly the shower hit water is not very good did not get hot to take a shower as it is winter time when we're there.

The staff was very accommodating and there was a TV with cable.
The shower was cold, the bed was a little uncomfortable and at night the wind made the windows shake loudly.

Great staff Pablo was very helpful as we had to check in late for the turmoils in Quito.
