really poor breakfast for 4 star hotel.

Staff were very nice and friendly. Location was nearby downtwon. very close

Rooms doesn't have kingsize and/ or queen size beds. Breakfest was normal not too much options.

Good breakfast and location. Nice big room after moving from "dungeon" room where there was no hot water.

After checking in and paying for my room I have discovered that there is no hot water in my room. I went to the reception and I was informed that there is a problem in whole building and there is nothing they can do. OK, I will take the shower in the morning - it was too late in the evening for me to look for alternative hotel. In the morning still there was no water. I have asked at the reception for a solution. I was told that there are two hot water systems in hotel and my room is in the problematic part of the building. So different story than I was told the evening before. I have asked for a room in the different part of hotel but I was told that there are no available rooms. I reported a problem to booking and few minutes later the manager came to my room and offered me a change of the room. So there was a room with hot water and they could give me the room the day before. Poor service from the reception. I was moved to the room with hot water, more space and nice street view. Previous room was without hot water and horrible view on the close wall and A/C machines. I have expressed my complain at the check out and I was offered a free night at hotel during my next visit as it would be problematic and it would take too long to return money for the first night. I was given a voucher (email from the hotel) but I am not sure if I would ever again stay at this hotel. There were no problems in other hotels I have stayed in in Belgrade.

No parking, a little bit expensive and last day my bathroom got flooded and there was a recessed wall and I hit my head on it because there is no signage.

Very comfortable and big room. Pretty clean and right at the city centre. The interior design of the hotel was nice (many paintings related with opera, etc).

Although specifically asked (and was assured) that my room would have double bed, there were two single ones.

We loved this hotel that is the perfect location in downtown Belgrade 200 meters from the konj and 200 meters from Skadarlija. Helpful staff and generous breakfast. The room and bathroom were large, clean, and new. Thank you for a great stay!

Really nice staff with a great location. The room was quite big too.

Maybe a bit of modernising is needed compared to other hotels we stayed at. But really, it was great for what we needed.

The carpet flooring in the corridors is very old, and the whole corridor smells funny, specially when it is raining.
