The Pool area was nice and clean. The beach was close by and as well a very good Restaurant and small Shops for buying water. The Cocktails at the bar were quite good.

Perhaps due to stress, but at arrival the receptionist was not very helpful with basic information about the beach access and friendliness could be improved a bit. At the bar, kitchen and cleaning everyone was nice however.

Beautiful hotel garden, there were always sunbeds available at the pool. The staff always was helpful (within their means) and friendly.

To sum it up: the hotel's management is stingy with everything. The hotel staff consisted completely of student summer jobbers, no pros. According to that, the service was grotty bad. They really did their best they could do, but without professional training they soon reached their limits. Moreover, they were understaffed, the poor girls and boys were working from early morning until late night without holiday, they had to serve breakfast, then clean the rooms, the pool, the garden and serve the guests at the bar. Maybe they appeared unfriendly or cold, but they only were tired. Of course they did not manage to clean every room every day, how could they in that situation? Even the water circulation and cleaning of the pool in the garden was turned on only one or two hours a day, turning the pool into a risk for various infections. Taking into account the price for accomodation, this is a shame! This is not a three star hotel, just the level of a youth hostel. A part of the beach is reservated for hotel guests that one can use for free, but it is terrible. My recommendation is go about one kilometer to the south for the beach, between Eforie Nord and Eforie Sud. You will have to pay for sunbeds there, but the beach there is a lot better, cleaner, even the sand is softer there, the water is cleaner.

I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is good value for money. Location is in a quiet area, close to shops and short walk to the beach. The pool is great also. The hotel is VERY clean. The breakfast is also perfect and food is well prepared.

All was great, can't say anything bad about the place.

Property was new and clean , new style , very fresh , excellent amenities, staff was very friendly and professional, overall a very nice stay , for sure is the favorite place to stay in Eforie Nord in the future .

Our room was on the street side where there is a bar, hopefully close by 11pm. The bedding is not confortable at all and the shower thing was broke. We were sick during the 2nd day of our trip after eating breakfast...

Very fancy hotel for a place like Eforie, spacious room, clean and tide. Chill atmosphere by the pool, very relaxing. Great place to stay if you’re going by Romania seaside.

No remote control of T.V. I asked them to provide alternative one but they didn't respond. The light in bathroom was dim. They replaced it with another dim light. I barely saw there. The staff has no experience how to solve problems
