Next to the 1000 Euro hotels without breaking the family budget.

Location was ideal for my requirements. Room was big. Bathroom is recently refurbished and very functional. Room was very clean. Self check-in and information provided for self check-in were excellent. Name of the room, the related decor in the room (table and the framed art) are very original, cool and much admired by me

The mattress could be better and more comfortable. The double bed is technically not a double bed and there is an inexplicable and uncomfortable “bump” in the middle. Price is competitive given the location, time of the year, etc. However, given the lack of a reception, breakfast, poor quality of the mattress/bed and opportunities to purchase basic goods (water for example) I am wondering if rooms should be offered at a lower price

Everything was wonderful! The owner of the place is very kind and helpful, she helped us out with everything we needed. We had an amazing 3 days in Viareggio. We are looking forward to go there again! Perfect location. Very clean and comfortable room!
