This hotel does not have a generator. The electricity was cut and I was stuck in the shower. And it did not come back for a long time so I had to get ready in the dark to go out. The next morning water started to come down from the ceiling in the bathroom and when I went to the reception and told about it they said “it must be from the Ac of the upper room” and did not show any signs of surprise and sorry. It wet my hair dryer and my makeup stuff. They did not even apologize for this. They must have known this issue before.

Disappointing that the roof top bar wasn't open yet. Doesn't open until 1st June apparently.

The restaurant/reception area was decorated very nicely with a view to the old town. situated beside a nice marina

the rooftop area was out of use which is why we booked the accommodation. The room was tiny and nothing like the photos and the restaurant staff were inattentive

it’s quite far from the city center, but close to parties, so depends on what you are looking for.

Lovely, friendly & helpful reception staff. Comfy bed & pillows.

No elevator with 3 sets of stairs with luggage. Very small room, could hardly move.. no English TV channel.

had a big suitcase and they only have stairs my room was right by the stairways, and therefore very loud. my bathroom had a water leak and I informed the staff, they fixed it while I was at dinner, but would have been nice to offer a drink or something for the inconvenience (having ppl in your room while you are away…). also was missing some information on ibiza, the hotel etc. in the room. Paid 200€ for a single room, and bc of the noise did not found it to be good value for money.

Great location and lovely outlook

I would have preferred an alternative to vegan menu. I’m not vegetarian but will happily eat vegetarian food but I didn’t like the fact it was purely plant based. Def discriminates.

fantastic pools and views …..yoga classes for free! brilliant yoga space on the roof with stunning views and really good teachers .

loud music playing around pool area …the first day it was lovely chill out music then after that a repeated dance music feed NOT relaxing at all . we asked for it to be changed but we’re told it’s on request from other quests it was making them sleepy the chill out 🤣 that’s the point of a holiday? and it wasn’t just ourselves that we’re not happy with music .

The bed was extremely comfy, with good black out curtains for a great sleep! The staff were friendly and were there if any assistance needed.

The room and bathroom were very small, not enough space to put your belongings, with two people you were in each other’s way. It felt quite over priced for what it was, being very basic.

Communal areas are really funky and the location is great - perfect for the marina and water taxi to old town. The staff were lovely, extremely welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are much smaller and more basic than represented online. The walls are very thin so can hear everything in surrounding rooms and corridor.
