Very friendly host. The apartment is well located and well equipped. The view over the lake and the mountains is beautiful. Semnoz ski-resort is only half an hour drive away. We came with our dog and there was a wonderful walking trail just outside the apartment.

Lakeside location. Five minute walk to the bus for Annecy which sometimes was free. The same walk to a small well stocked supermaket open from 08:00 to 20:00 every day except Monday.

The apartment was on the main road out of Annecy and was continually noisy. However the double glazing cancelled the noise but it will be hot in the Summer with the doors closed.

This apartment is an example of cases in which the published photographs fail to reproduce the qualities of a place. Let's start by saying that the landscape of the mountains falling to Lake Annecy that can be seen through its three window-doors is a magnificent integration with the qualities and excellences of the apartment. The property imparts an atmosphere of good home being. It is fitted out with comfortable furniture of very good taste and with a complete kitchen, full of electric appliances, stainless steel utensils and generous dishes that allow you to prepare and enjoy any meal, with the greatest comfort. The electric heating, which can be regulated to taste, evenly covers the entire unit. The two large balconies allow enjoying the good weather (when there is one) in contact with the outside environment. Cleaning and maintenance are impeccable. In short: an absolutely positive experience.

We have experienced certain difficulties due to the absence of assistance adjacent to the apartment. It was also difficult for us to communicate using our precarious French, due to the absence of someone who could speak another language. But when we needed help to manage the return of our lost luggage that didn’t arrive in our flight, we had the unconditional help of the exceptionally kind administrator Sylvie, who continues assisting us even now, voluntarily and without any obligation, after returning home.

Extremely uncomfortable sofa, please consider changing it. The bed is not the best also, but alright (apartment on 1st floor) Everything around is closed during the low season. But you always have bakeries and supermarkets It would be nice if the apartment have some essentials like salt and washing machine powder. It's not some must-have items, but it could make guests even happier)
