Muchas cosas. El desayuno es fuera del Hotel. No desayunamos a traves del Hotel. Llegamos al Hotel antes de las 14 h con una lluvia muy fuerte. Como el check-in es a las 14 dejamos el equipaje, eso si, y nos fuimos a la lluvia de nuevo(!) La calefaccion, de nuestra habitacion, muy justa. Ah! Me cobraron dos veces! Aunque al verlo y quejarme se me abono el importe de la habitacion el mismo dia. Da la sensacion que el Hotel no esta acabado. Apenas existe personal fijo en el Hotel. Las quejas tenian que ser por telefono!!!

Erg mooie en hele schone kamer in het centrum van Caldas de Reis. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Heerlijke douche. Parkeren (wel reserveren!) ook perfect. Zeker een aanrader dus!

Misschien zouden er wat glazen op de kamer kunnen staan.

The garden, closed garage to park and charge the electric bycicle. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom.

As there are not so many guests during this time of the year and the hotel is small, there is no staff there permanently. If you need them you have to make a phone call. That said, the receptionist was nice and friendly.

El sitio era muy acogedor y la verdad que se agradecian las tumbonas despues de 18 km.

La señora que estaba encargada de antender era un poco antipatica y prácticamente no te dejaba usar nada.

Habitación abuhardillada amplia y limpia. Camas muy cómodas. El hotel es tranquilo y el jardín muy acogedor. Está muy cerca del camino.

No es que no nos gustara; al contrario, el personal fue amable, pero un tanto frío. Y como sugerencia, estaría muy bien que hubiese algo de menaje de cocina pues encontramos un hervidor de agua en la zona común pero nada más. Al llegar a la planta, los números de las habitaciones no se ven desde el descansillo del ascensor

Bonita decoración en la habitación.

Un poco lejos de todo. No funcionó el aire acondicionado. No había personal para atender nuestras necesidades. No habían luces individuales para cada cama.

Localixzação muito boa. Instalações excelentes. Responsável simpático e prestável.

Faltava apenas um secador.

We enjoyed the garden and pool! Nice and clean. Great location.

We would have liked a kitchen to make our meal with pots and utensils. The breakfast was too expensive so we opted out.

Our bedroom wall was thin enough to hear next door talking. And in true fashion they went to bed after 2 am

Garden and pool were a bonus at the end of a long day on the Camino.

Lack of air conditioning in the bedroom which made it unbearable during the heatwave. A fan was provided on request but was ineffective.

The pool is a plus

The Head of the Villa. It’s really unbelievable they didn’t speak English, it’s a Cammino of Santiago stop and it’s unacceptable to speak by gestures. We asked somewhere to have dinner and they suggested on purpose an awful place (their property) instead of suggesting all the amazing places the city was offering. The last but not the least, a host stole our swimsuit and the cleaning lady replied us so badly (“what do you expect leaving you stuff on a drying rack?”) and then, once they found out where it was, they asked us to come back to get it. Again, it’s not compatible be advised after 4 hours on a Cammino journey and they didn’t offer to send it to us. Little note about the cats, really cute but their free presence it’s not compatible with a breakfast in the garden prepared the night before.

Lack of charming atmosphere you expect in a casa, you barely meet anyone. The room only had a velux window and not possible to see outside. Lack of air dryer Overall not very good value for money

Good garden area and swimming pool.

The shower head was damaged, very poor water stream coming out. Towels had stains on them. Paid parking is the house garage not worth the cost, easy to park around.

Such a lovely place to stay, would 10/10 recommend!

The back yard garden and pool were awesome!!

Breakfast wasn’t worth 5€ - no yogurt, no black tea, only fresh fruit was for orange juice. Our room was nice but it was on the street and loud. The staff was nice but learning/inexperienced. We bought a bottle of water and we’re charged .60€. When the price was actually 1€. They boss sent the new person up to the room to collect the extra .40 €. In my opinion they should’ve taken that loss as it was awkward to ask for the difference. Also, 3€ to rent a pool towel seemed like a lot.

Poor but average breakfast, room smelled as they were smoking in it (obviously fault of the previous guests, not the owner)

Garden in areal with pool was pefext relax after long day. We went camino and it is nit far from camino and after whole day of walking was amazing👌

It would be nice to have a kettle in the room and maybe a fridge.
